i got strawberry milkshake instead of banana although still impressed was by my door on the 5th floor of a block of flats at 7am this morning.. i heard him coming and got all excited like a kid waiting for santa!!

I just spoke to CS about my order. It's now being redelivered (definitely! or so they say) on Monday. So a whole week after it was meant to be here. I'm going to have to check over my statement - they said that they have to send the whole order off again or none of the items get delivered.

Does the depot not keep a record of what has been delivered?

Aww you have been so unlucky I bet you're fed up of the whole thing by now. I don't think I would use the service round your way. I hope it gets there on Monday.

This has happened tome too, they asked me to re-order but i asked if i'd already been charged, and the man at the depot didnt know so checked then rang me back and said that although i hadnt received my goods i had been charged, so they are going to try to get someone to deliver them out to me today. It might be worth ringing and asking them to check if you have already been charged as you dont want to be charged twice!

My order arrived this morning at 10.45 was quite alot later than i had expected i was thinking early hours i even rushed home from work today as i live in flats & didnt want anybody stealing it lol, Everything was as i had ordered it quite impressed, May consider using this again in the future, Well done OP :T

Got up this morning to find my goodies on my doorstep just as i had ordered, My 9 year old thought it was fab he was so excited, we have never had a milkman before, so he had croissants, pancakes and strawberry milk for brekkie, thought it would make a change from sugar puffs:rotfl::rotfl:

I think i will use them again probably once a week as a bit of a treat,

This is my order which is going to be delivered tomorrow. Full amount £5.39 was already taken from my card! So I called CS this morning and they said there was a problem with £5 off code on their web site apparently. I got £5 refund so far. Just would like to say if you notice full amount was taken from your account then call them to sort it out and don't wait until the 20th of March.

Have just checked with online banking and have been charged so will be ringing up now to rectify it.

Now off the phone and they tried to say they do no thave any bank details for me - they must have as they could not have taken the money from the account. For some reason their systems wont recognise the card on my mums account but they are still giving a £5 credit on the account. My account has also been credited with £5 but after both have been used agree with what is seemingly the majority of cancelling the online service and should i need items delivering in future wait to get a milkman passing by in the street rather than attempting to do it online.
