I had a delivery with no problems, but my account is showing that I owe the full amount. Does the voucher code show up on the invoice in anyone else's account?

    TIA

Watch out if you order extra things....I've heard from a friend that there's a point at which they bump up your direct debit all of a sudden, to something horrendous. (rather like going over the 4 hours in some car parks...)

So far I just have my regular milk order and no probs.....

Shouldn't they only be taking the money that is owing on the account at that particular date? I don't recall setting any value up for regular payments.

Just to say we're aware of this deal - we're looking to do it in the weekly email at some stage (though we've had to hold off because their site would've crashed) and we will be putting the negative feedback from some people to them.

i am going to cancel this its nice to get milk in the morning but i am still waiting for mine and its 1:30pm i could have walked to the stop and got it by now.

and the stupid milkman keeps leaving it on the wrong door step so i have to check the front of the house too! not happy.

Seems far too unreliable for further recommendation.

Ordered a few things and they arrived the next day without problem, so I feel the service I had was good. I'm unsure about what will happen with the bill though. I've no details of any invoice that I'm going to be billed with, on my account page, so unsure if I'll be billed for the full amount. I better not be though as I definitely used the code.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

I don't understand what you mean by this? my account shows a certain amount owing and I expect that amount to be taken on the 20th March?? what do you mean about bumping up the direct debit?

I will have to ring them before the 20th though because they haven't deducted the £5
