I have had 3 orders delivered on time with no problems and the £5 has come off my invoice - so many thanks to O/P!

I had no idea you could order online up to 9pm......it's very useful with a one week old baby in the house and everyone too worn out to get to the shops :rotfl:

Another one with the £5 off and perfect service. We have used the milkman since - my children love opening the door in the morning to find milkshake on the step!

Can I ask those that received the £5 discount fine did you spend more than £5 as I wonder if this is where the problem lies?

My order was £4.55 and my aunties was £4.90 and both of our invoices show the £5 discount.

My invoice was correct with the £5 discount showing, and the service has been brilliant, I ran out of milk last week at 8.40pm, went online and there it was in the morning.

I set up another account for my son who is at Uni and was ill in bed with flu, and his delivery was perfect too. I suppose it is down to the individual milkman for the delivery aspect, but the invoices should be correct.

My £5 was deducted too, so a happy customer here... I have had a perfect service from this company and will continue to use them, very handy.

My order was £4.98 and the discount didn't come off. It definitely confirmed it had been applied when I made the order though. GRRR. 0845 number should be free to call from BT landlines at the weekend (I think?) so I'll phone them now.

EDIT: After 19 minutes on hold I got through to someone who just apologised and said the discount would be credited to my account. I asked him to confirm that no payment would be made and he said that was right. I'll be keeping a close eye on my bank account on the 23rd though!
  • i ordered from this, haven't checked if the discount came off but i ordered the 6 pack of rolls on wednesday but on my delivery date friday none were in stock disappointed as that was one of the main things i wanted
