As i said on a previous post, I have been using this service regularly but my invoice (online) doesn't show the £5 deduction. I have just rang their 0845 number and queried why the fiver hasn't come off the total. He assured me that the £5 would come off the final total on the 20th and that he could see that I had the fiver off on his screen.

Took about 7 minutes on the phone to sort out.

I must admit that mine is rarely right but I'm reluctant to cancel it as a) I want to support the local milkman and b) IF they manage to get it right, it is terribly convenient.
I'm sore tempted to adopt a belt and braces approach and order online and put a note in the empty though.

I've just checked my account, and the pending invoice is showing as £5.06

It clearly states on the dailymail article:

    12. The £5 off will only be visible on the first invoice when received on the 20th of the month.

Just got my invoice, and as I expected, the £5 hasn't been taken off. I've got a feeling it's going to be a bit of a hassle getting the reduction now. Anyone else in the same position?
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Received my invoice today. £5 discount came off. :j

If you go to the offers page, at the top is a chance to receive a free pint of milk. All you need to do it put a code in. It tells you the code. :j

Just like to say that I have had perfect service from Milk and More and would recommend it to anyone. I am sorry some of you haven't received this excellent service.

I received my invoice over night and the £5 credit has not come off. I had previously phoned when I could not see the credit showing and was promised it would. I have just phoned CS who apologised and offered to credit my account with £5.00 after my credit card has paid the bill on Tuesday. I said NO thank you so accounts are supposedly going to credit my card with £5. asap (but after I have paid the invoice, due to timing difficulties) I'm very unimpressed this is a service I could have used from time to time, but not now, my order wasn't even right and left outside in sunlight when Id asked for it to be left in porch.
