But once they have your fee upfront, without a "no sale no fee" guarantee there is no real incentive for them to make any effort or sell your house at all.

i was thinking of the normal ea's not the £499 one
the well know one we where thinking of using costd £2500 and you have to pay £250 upfroint he said that coverd paying for the prem listing of rm. funny thing is 10min earler he was telling us becouse thay owend rm they got all there listing prem for free ha ha ha ha.0 -
