Vish they are very much the same!! I didnt do them as deep but they look exactly the same!
Lynzpower Thanks for that i will continue and if they dont pick up i`ll use it as cress anyway or mix it with my rocket i`m starting at the weekend.
Cooking mama sounds like a dodgy batch then maybe or maybe there is a problem with these particular seeds not doing so well. I`ll leave it a bit and see.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

they're really cute, aren't they? what you could do is take some of them out and and repot individually for 'proper' pak choi? tastes amazing stirfried with a bit of garlic and oyster sauce ^_^0 -
Oooh my first courgette is about to burst forth from the compost yay!!!! Roll on the others
Oh and my raspberry canes have some shoots on them. No idea what this means (as I am a raspberry virgin) but at least they will look a bit better than dead sticks LOL!

or you could just pick out the ones that don't like like they're going to survive and leave the pak choi in to mature....
i'm also a newbie but i did a lot of research before i started. would definitely recommend getting Joy Larkcom's Grow Your Own vegetables, i keep on referring to this all the time and even bring it with me to read on the Tube to work and back!0 -

For a brief moment I thought you had a courgette sprouting from the plant! I have about a dozen plants at various stages and wondering when they should start to get fed - and what with. Does tomato plant food do the job?0 -
I got moneymaker tomato seeds from wilko. They were in a large yogurt pot type container and have now grown through and are about 2" high with tiny green leaves on the shoots.
On the pot itself it does not state what to do from here so i`m really unsure what the next step is?
Also i got my dig in seeds from bbcCarrots are including which i`m excited about LOL!
So will be starting them once i`ve moved in next week to our new house.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Hi kazire - I had this problem too, I had 3 different varities of toms this year and after about 3 weeks none of them had germinated so I have sown another 3 lots and now they are all germinating.:rotfl:I've got a Greenhouse where I usually grow the large ones and the tumbling and cherry variety I was going to put in hanging baskets but I have now also gone out a bought a Tomato Greenhouse which I shall use up on the Allotment and if there are any spare tomato plants then I shall swap with friends."WASTE NOT, WANT NOT!"GC for OH, myself, DD18 & DD16 includes Toiletries, cleaning stuff & Food.
