If they want to get married on the 23rd, they'd give notice at the earliest on the 24th.
I only know because I tried to book to give notice on the 2nd Oct 09, but we were told if we did that, it would run out on the 2nd Oct 10, which would be no good as that's they day we want to get married.
Didn't think of that. Good point, either way if you get the first available appointment to book the 23rd you should be safe.Bump due 22nd September0
