Isn't the £35 tariff direct from Vodafone with the Quidco £150 cashback better value? And if you use the promotion code PAYGMB at the checkout you get a free Pay As You Go USB Dongle.bubblesmoney :hello:0 -

No as with the above deal the total cost of the phone is £325 whereas with the above even on an 18 month it works out at £480Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0 -

Yes it fits. It's the exact dimensions of the OEM battery. Rated 1600mAh (up from (iirc) 1350 of the original). Can't recall the manufacturer without dismantling my phone, but I did google before purchase and couldn't find a bad word said about them. Phone runs cool all the time, from what I can tell.
It's the one sold by Mobile Fun.does the calltrack have a recording function for all calls made?
No. It just logs time/date/number/inbound/outbound. There are recording apps available though. Any calls I want recorded I make through Sipdroid, as my PBXes account records all calls.Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j

24 months is a long time
I'm still holding out for an 18 month
For anyone is interested dialaphone have a 12 month contract:
Free Desire
300 minutes
3000 texts
Unlimited Internet (500mb)
£40 per month
3 months free line rental (by redemption)
Works out at £360 total
Plus you can grab £35 Quidco from dialaphone, so £325 total. Works out at about £27 per month
I'm thinking of grabbing one
I went to order this but it said I cant port my old number using my PAC. This is a definite deal breaker.
Does anyone know if you can port numbers to VF at all? Is this just a dialaphone thing with VF?
Thanks0 -

I've been looking into this too, it seems you can only port to vodafone at the point of order. Some retailers offer it, some don't. I think the deal is good enough that I must just get a new number and keep the old one on pay as you go for a few months.0 -

It is a really good deal, but I have had my number for more than 10 years, and at my age I doubt I could memorize a new one :-)
I thought it was a legal requirement to be able to port your number? I guess that is just applied to the telecos and not 3rd party retailers.0 -

The legal requirement is to make your current provider allow you to take your number, it doesn't have any stipulation on your new provider's arrangement.
Rubbish isn't it.0 -

Yes, but ultimately as well as costing me a new phone and a bit of time it has also cost them a sale so you think they would sort it out. Dialaphone said you can port to Orange.0
