some thrown away bluebell bulbs are now planted in my back garden. And some perenials given to me by a neighbour. A large yoghurt pot rinsed out in which to plant seeds and the plastic wrappers off bread to use as sandwich bags.
Dinner tonight is turkey from the freezer, gravy made with oxo and cornflour and cheap potatoes ,mashed, with some cut priced carrots and freezer green beans. cooked in a steamer so only 1 ring used on the stove."The purpose of Life is to spread and create Happiness" :j0 -

I had 2 ceramic cream jardinaire stands given to me by a neighbour of my daughters,he was going to put them in a skip, also a lovely[well i think so]table lamp in the form of a little wjndmill with a romantic couple on a bench, also in cream, with working water fall. Its 2ft 6 inches high so fits perfectly on one of the stands.lights and water feature all working perfectly, just one dud light bulb.
Its really grotty but is coming up a treat with a bit of cif and some elbow grease.
Go perfect in my recently cream decorated room
My hubby had off cuts of fencing off council workers renewing our old fence, hes going to make a garden table out of them.Earnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks0 -

Yesterday I went to visit my brother in Letchworth and popped into a charity shop with him. I found to staffordshire bowls for £1.50 which match some of my plates. Needed new bowls. Had the bug so visted another charity shop and bought two pretty floral bone china mugs for £1 each and the most beautiful bone china bowl covered in blue, yellow and purple violas, which wasn't exactly frugal at £9.50 but I knew I would really regret it if I didn't buy it! That was a lovely shop more like an antiques shop, they had lovely stuff. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.
