I was happy with my frugal cs spends on Friday last week...

... for £19.50 (across 3 cs) I got 3 work shirts (including one from River Island and one from Pink !) a Warehouse top and also a Fat Face top (yummy, I LOVE Fat Face stuff), a leather handbag and a brooch that I've attached to the bag, and a CD I lost years ago and kept forgetting to replace

I needed a half day off work on the 14th for a hospital appointment, but have now booked the whole day off to have another mooch :D

MrT had a load of whoopsied chicken breasts down to 98p - each pack had about 3 breasts in it :money:

SC has 6 of them and 12 more are in the freezer and don't worry, there were LOADS left for others :D

(I think MrT have rearranged where they keep their chickenbreasts because they weren't with the whole chickens or fillets... and i guess nobody knew where they were so they didn't get bought! Might pop back tomorrow and see if they have any more :money:

Today I gave a friend a a wooden box of eating apples to make jam with and a large Turks Turban squash because I thought it would look very Country Living in her new kitchen, lol. I gave another friend a box of damaged windfall apples for her goats.

From them, I got six eggs from garden chickens and a carrier bag of plums. then when I got home I found a carrier bag of Bramleys on the doorstep (not sure who left these actually!) And four "£12 off when you spend £60" vouchers for Sainsburys which will be extremely useful for the pre-C-mas stock up.

And I've still got two boxes of apples left to make yet more apple jelly with. The apple trees were very prolific this year!

My daughter's friend found a pink Jane Norman coat while out for the evening, and as it didn't really suit him ;) gave it to her!
