Does M&S have a price promise? I'm looking at the Sony KDL-40EX403U, but its £749, compared to John Lewis/Tesco at £649.

Hi, a bit of help to pick the best sony TV. I am after a 32inch, to be used mostly for gaming. The two I am looking at are KDL32EX403 & KDL32W5810.

Is M&S still doing money off for trade in ? instore & online? If so anyone know if I can use Quidco & trade in.
    Thanks

My mother bought a 42" LG May last year after only 3 weeks started to switch to standby tech came out advised to pick another tv. My mother then picked a Samsung 40" delivered June 09 red vertical lines appeared on the screen about 2 weeks ago Tech came out seems they have a problem with the LCD panels and fault is quite common - lucky still within warranty.
So this time she is getting a Sony especially as they offer a longer warranty. Finger crossed she won't have to use it.

    1) Trade in in store yes, I've been in today and got £100 off for a 14" TV
    2) instore only, not online (therefore no quidco)

the guy in M&S told us today someone bought in a little pocket TV and still got the £100 off

the beauty of the M&S trade in is you get £100 no matter what size telly you bring in

I ordered this online earlier in the week but cancelled the order. Got John Lewis to price match to £399.00 as they will deliver so i won't have to lug the old sanyo 28" dinosaur down to M & S
