EL just called - she has just paid £267.46 into the bank !!!!! She feels that she has won a moral victory and the landlady paid up the amount awarded by the judge there and then !!

The counter claim against EL re the LL claiming legal fees for the letting agent case was dismissed !!

she will come back on later on and give everyone the gory details !!

    Phew !!!

the judge allowed some of the deductions claimed by LL, including some of the handwritten receipts, and the amount paid into the bank by EL is what the judge said LL had to return to EL. Original deposit was £625. LL paid by paid by cheque.
