Lots of people have reclaimed from Natwest, and been paid in full. You wont need a solicitor to get the charges back. All the letters, and advice you will need are here, and free. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Bank: LLoydsTSB (Current account charges)
Amount Reclaimed: £257
Amount they paid: £257
The story:
They paid up after I filed a claim with the courts, but before we actually got a court date.
Just in time for Christmas too. (That'll help pay for the credit card bill!)
Many thanks to MSE for letting me know about this.:money:

As far as i am aware you can claim for all these things any fee above £12 is said to not reflect the actual loss sustained by the Bank and therefore unlawful. I have claimed for all the things you have so will keep the thread updated to let ya know if any thing happens fingers crossed0
