Okay. When you sent in the list of charges in repsonse to the part 18 did you write a letter saying you were aware that part 18 request don't apply to claims in the small claims process (ie under £5k like yours ;) ) and that if the court requests you to complete the part 18 you will happily do so.etc etc.

    I'd guess at no...

Soooooo.....I think the entry on their AQ is an attempt at imtimidation but I would write to them, and copy to the court a letter saying basically what i just said. READ UP ON PART 18 in the CPR's first so you know what you are talking about.

    i'll get you a linkie.

CHEERS MA DEARS! Very much appreciated. :j

I was just wondering, if the bank's solicitors file a request for further information against me (ie. a list of the charges, the whole act that I quoted in my POC etc), am I allowed to file a request for further information against them? eg. could their clients outline the exact cost of each charge, since this is basically the information that I'm after

I've waited well over 40 days for charge info from Halifax and Barclaycard, how do i report them to the information commissioner? Is there a particular method that's quickest?

    Thanx
