Soooooo.....I think the entry on their AQ is an attempt at imtimidation but I would write to them, and copy to the court a letter saying basically what i just said. READ UP ON PART 18 in the CPR's first so you know what you are talking about.

I was just wondering, if the bank's solicitors file a request for further information against me (ie. a list of the charges, the whole act that I quoted in my POC etc), am I allowed to file a request for further information against them? eg. could their clients outline the exact cost of each charge, since this is basically the information that I'm after0

Do i include the court fees in part 5. the figure at the end where it asks ' the claimant therefore asks for £' and then the total of eveything with the interest after that ( read that much think i gone pink eyed and brain needs caffine fix)

I've waited well over 40 days for charge info from Halifax and Barclaycard, how do i report them to the information commissioner? Is there a particular method that's quickest?

Only Allowed 1080 letters & 24 lines. I have 1106.
What should i do

Very pleased virtually hastle free decided to take an offer due to the volume of court backlog and really didnt want the hastle of argueing .I am happy with this result and Barclays have been really friendly & helpful (which is quite unusual):T :T :T0 -

got letter from bank today saying that although my inital letter to get statements was accepted they now say they cannot get them to me within the 40 days required and will get to them when possible the reason being number of claimants, i feel this is a excuse to put me off but was wondering if anyone else had same letter? mines was from clydesdale bank, thanks0
