Hi,
Purchased Price Match O2 800 min + 500 sms 12m from e2save
Claim month 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill
Order date:18/10/07
Delivery date: 19/10/07
Bill date 19/10/07
Connection date ??? when is this for me because I ported my old to this network, this took one week 26/10/07
i.e. if you purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May, and you will have until the 30th of May to do so. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection.
1st claim 16 February 2008 but before 17 March 2008, right?
2nd claim 16 April 2008 but before 16 May 2008, right?
3rd claim 15 June 2008 but before 15 July 2008, right?
4th claim 14 August 2008 but before 13 September 2008, right?
5th claim 13 October 2008 but before 12 November 2008, right?
Thanks
If you go to https://www.mycashbackclaim.co.uk you go view your offer. I was one day off...1st claim between 15th Feb 2008 and 16th Mar 2008.

The e2save account offer page is now working for older contracts.
It clearly shows my brother sending int the correct claim.

On the cashback forms received in the welcome pack has one address and on the mycashbackclaim.co.uk website is a different address, which address should I send the claim to?0
-
No longer an easy question to answer! I send mine to different addresses. The welcome pack isn't always relevant to the deal you signed up to either. The address on claims forms can now be different to the ones on their amended t&c for price-match deals (they recently snuck in an address for claims which wasn;t there before and is different to the price-match claim forms. Since they use bits of the t&c and not others it's anyone's guess!). I would stick with whatever address is on the (correct) claim form (and yes, there could be more than one claim form too!) unless they have notified you in writing otherwise (which is extremely unlikely!). The "new" t&c version says PO Box 462 at Crewe; my own form for a price-match deal in Jnue says the PO Box 337 Crewe address - which is where I am sending mine. I no longer take ANY notice of anything it says on the website, since much of it is complete rubbish and contradicts most other things they tell you! When they first started messing everything up they told me over the phone that E2Save deals should now go to the 462 address with Onestopphoneshop claims going to the 337 one. However, I am not sure that is always best either and have stopped following what they have told me on the phone too. Easier to sue if they don;t pay - that way you know where you are and they can't keep messing you around! Make sure you send it recorded or better and comply with the t&c you signed up to and stick with that is my advice! Beyond that it's up to each individual to decide nowadays, I'm afraid! They change the rules almost every day so it's pointless trying to pin anything down now.0

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what is E2SAVE address to send the LBA?
( I sent my claim to 462 crewe), It's been nearly 14 days now , just get ready for the action.
14 days since WHAT? Check the website; registered office seems to be E2Save in London. However, make sure they have broken the t&c first!0
-
14 days since I resent the claim as they rejected the first claim (too early- see my post #526)0

Sorry - hard to remember where everyone is with cpw nowadays, they are creating so many problems! I think you should have really made the re-send your LBA. If you didn't (as it sounds like) then will have to wait a to see if that final attempt is successful. I wrote a post on Sunday on LBA's if it's any help:-

You may also be interested on that thread in another post - E2Save copied one of mine and put it on their own forum without telling my, renamed me and answered it in a way which may help you.0 -
Hi Guys,
e2save have requested that personal e-mail addresses be removed from this thread and have asked that queries are directed to:
info@mycashbackclaim.co.uk

That's reassuring. We can all go ask them for the latest version and follow whatever they say and we'll all be fine! Can't say I've noticed much in the way of personal email addresses but in any case I have lost all faith in anything they say anywhere. It's the t&c peiople signed up for at the time that matters whatever E2Save may tell anyone. THAT changes depending on who you speak with, when and where and whatever they say is as credible now as anyone on here. I can see why they'd like to deal with people individually on their own site - that way they can tell different people different things at different times.
Whilst I understand that posting email addresses on here is not permissable, I do think it's a great pity that E2Save can't simply stick to their own t&c instead of increasing the size of their recent catalogue of incredible maladministration and misinformation. Surely they don't really expect a site like this - for the consumer, not for them - to ignore injustices and stupidity when they treat their customers thus? If they don't want customers to "fight back" they should treat them AS customers and not an inconvenient burden.0
