What is the email address to contact e2save cashback department?
Thanks0 -
I dont think there is one. They do everything they can to force you to call the 0871 number. I did get a response - after nearly three weeks - to one I sent via another route, but two others to the CE's address quoted on here got zilch. If you have an issue it's better to write a LBA (assuming it's of that nature!) unless you want to play endless games at premium rates going round in circles.0

Well...after my last post in which i said i had no problems with e2save and they had been very good so far...last week i got my first bit of hassle.
I got the cashback processed without any problems. but they paid out £4 instead of the £77 i was due.
I tried emailing via live help, which no longer works and returns a delivery failure. I also posted on their forum, and tried telephoning but they dont answer or close their lines early.
Have now posted a letter. hoping for a reply or it might be my first small claims proceeding
just when it was all going well.0 -
A new one on me - but I have been warning extensively about them for about three months now!0

Does anyone have any information on the fair usage policy regarding cashback deals? Was it something Ofcom put forward?
I've been told about suppliers such as Carphone Warehouse signing up to this. It contained things such as:
- 30 days being unfair, and something like 60 days the recommended time to send in your bill.
- Not having to send your original bill as this is unfair on the consumer in case it goes missing.
As mentioned I've been caught out by the Price Match deal, but feel it is very unfair or not in accordance with the above. I'm planning on hassling them till they give inso looking for anything helpful I can find.
Gonna google it, was just wondering if anyone else knew about it or had any thoughts on it."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -
If cpw have signed up to that they aren't implementing it at present! Can't say I'm a great fan of it either, as such; all these moves to regulate etc. are only bad for the deals themselves and since I am reasonably content with things as they are - despite the problems many are encountering - I would rather they stay! I haven't got the link but have seen it on one of the innumerable threads. I expect if you search on here you will find the link.0

Hi,
Purchased Price Match O2 800 min + 500 sms 12m from e2save
Claim month 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill
Order date:18/10/07
Delivery date: 19/10/07
Bill date 19/10/07
Connection date ??? when is this for me because I ported my old to this network, this took one week 26/10/07
i.e. if you purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May, and you will have until the 30th of May to do so. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection.
1st claim 16 February 2008 but before 17 March 2008, right?
2nd claim 16 April 2008 but before 16 May 2008, right?
3rd claim 15 June 2008 but before 15 July 2008, right?
4th claim 14 August 2008 but before 13 September 2008, right?
5th claim 13 October 2008 but before 12 November 2008, right?

It looks approximately right but it isn't quite that simple. I do not wish to explain things over and over to every person (it's impossible even if I tried) so tried to set out the way it works on another thread:-

One of my posts on page one deals with this. I would point out that your dates misinterpret the legal t&c and aren't quite the same as the ones they are using.0 -
I have just had a letter saying my cash back has been refused.
I took out a price match, 12 months free contract on 31/05/07. I was told to send my 4th bill, I sent bill number 4 by special delivery. I have today received a letter from 'onestopphoneshop' saying that my cashback claim was sent too early in one sentence and in the next sentence it says my claim was received after the allotted time frame.
As a result my cashback claim has been rejected and I'm ineligible to claim any more. They also say they are unable to enter into any further correspondence with regards to this purchase.
I’m very disappointed, I did the normal cash back last year without any problems.
My phone was from 'e2save' but the letter has come from 'onestopphoneshop'
Is there anything I can do ?
After helpful advice on here I sent them a letter saying I would take them to court if they didn't re-instate my claim. They replied and told me to send in the bill at the correct time, this I did and have just received my first cashback for £84 :T
I hope the 2nd claim goes easier :rotfl:0 -
Should do provided you send the right bill in on the right dates. Easier said than done for some depending on individual details.0
