My phone was purchased on 03/05/06.
In the old thread there was a discussion with regards to what you send. Do you send your 4th Bill or 3rd Bill. for example the E2 save website indicates that I should send my August bill to them, do you take the date your invoice was issued or my bill that includes the service from 15/07/06 to 14/08/06. (which would be my 3rd bill)
Please help

I sent a claim to e2save on the 13th of july, by recorded, finally rm site is showing it delivered by their dunstable branch so I think this is probably correct. I'd expect cpw/e2save will possibly change their claims address in the near future...!ummm...0 -

What can be done to stop these unscrupulous companies?
Why has the main e2save thread been removed?
What's going on?!
There appears to be some unexplained censorship going on at present - criticism of these cashback schemes has recently been met by locked or deleted threads. It would be nice to know what outside influences there are on all our views..........0 -
I had a few problems with e2save and my chequebacks.
If I was being nice I'd say they were disorganised, if I was being not too nice I'd say they had their system set up to discourage people claiming the cashback.
That said I have got 2 of my 3 cashbacks from them, next claim is coming up in a few months.
I had problems with my first claim. I sent it off on time by recorded delivery, then I received a text acknowledging reciept of claim so I threw away my proof of posting. Then I got a letter back telling me they hadn't recieved my claim in time, which wasn't the case. I complained and they honoured they payment.
Second claim, no problems, just took a while to recieve the cheque.0 -
I just sent mine off normal post......the cheque arrived yesterday0

I know this will be no consolation to those who are having problems, but I received my cashback within about a month or so and it has now been paid into my bank and all cleared.
I did have problems with the RM website not confirming whether the claim had been delivered but I phone e2save up a few times and the first time I asked whether it was worth sending it again as they had not received it and they said yes. The address they told me was the 7WZ one. In the end it appears the first one turned up and I got the cheque about a week later. Hopefully the remaining two cashbacks will come through ok as well.0 -

That was waht I thought.
Bought a phone from them this Mar, and according their web site I should sent back my Jun bill for 1st cashback.
Did just that as soon as I received my Jun bill on 5/6/06, two weeks later received a text said that they have received the claim then dead silence.
Rang last week and was told I claimed too early -- I beg your pardon, and told the guy to check their own t&c. He apologies and promised cheque in 28 days.
Nevertheless start to lose faith in this company. OSPS work much more efficient for me then them0 -
