Just to clarify they do accept online bills although it isn't mentioned above. The information below is under the help and support section.

I have not received my bills from the network.

If you are experiencing difficulties receiving your bills from the network, please contact your network directly.

If you are registered for online billing we will be happy to accept a copy of your bill from your networks website. The bill should display your:
    • Name
    • Current address
    • Mobile number
We must receive this within 60 days from the date on the monthly bills.

We cannot accept liability for late claims as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

I've just noticed there is no mention of tariff or balance brought forward although any online bill should show this information.

That is not totally good advice. Beware!

Firstly the current t&c (such as they are) are totally UNclear and contradictory if you look carefully. Secondly, they do NOT accept copies on certain contracts. Even the other inofrmation quoted above abou changing tariffs (I keep an eye on that too and have for years!) is contradicted elsewhere on the website.

I repeat for the hundreth time; go into any deal with E2Save thinking it's a picnic and you'll be in for severe indegestion! Unless you're a skilled physician, stay well away nowadays!

Not sure about skilled physician, just need common sense. Been with E2save for years now and had no problems so far. I'm totally confident with their latest T&Cs, can't be much easier to follow. If you do have any doubts stay well clear as you are more likely to get caught out.

"so far". Famous last... As for common sense; they have none since the IIC took over. In any case, their deals are now rubbish in comparison to what was on offer before. Why venture into the lion's den to pick up scraps?

I successfully rec'd payment for my first of five claims on a price match contract. As I've ported my old number I had to send a copy of my 1st bill which shows my original number, together with the rest of the paperwork apparently to update their records.
Do I still have to send a copy of my first bill for the second claim and all further claims?

    Hi,

You just need to send the original bill for all future claims. After 6 full months then 8, 10, 12 etc.

I have sent two recorded delivery items to e2save for a cash back but both appear to have not been signed for? I'm worried my cash back will not be paid. Two seem very strange to have gone missing has any one else had the same problem what can I do???
I've just got caught by e2save.com as well. It would seem that with a "good" deal the redemption schedule & cheque back vouchers enclosed with your phone gets changed as does the address to send everything to. You receive an email (one of far too many) which over the two pages gives you the detail and the links to click for the new "terms and conditions" plus the replacement "Cashback Claim Form" - both links appear to have ceased to be live on my email from them. I only found this out after phoning their customer service team on 0871 522 3400 and after many minutes this was reluctantly conceded to be the case by their team manager Kirstie Jozfik

Nothing new under the sun then! Avoid this company unless you do thorough research and cover your posterior. All these things have been covered on here for the last year for those who care to look and take note - usually by those who didn't!

Update to my MCOL Claim- Was promised a cheque for the full amount on 16 May, and again on 20 May to be delivered within 7-10 days. I had to fill in the Court Hearing Form by 5 June. Having waited around for the cheque - no sign of it, and emailed e2save several times, no response now.

They are useless and should be ashamed. Have sent off the Court Hearing Form, and see what happens. Anyone know what will happen now though?
