    Hi all

Managed to read 2 books over the week:

A Merry Little Christmas by Julia Williams
One for the money by Janet Evanovich

Have started Two for the Dough by Janet Evanovich and I am still working on Demons and Angels.

    No new books bought:T

re The Lute Player by Norah Lofts had a really irritating reading session last night, not sure what the binders or proof readers were doing but the section between pages between 192 and 225 are all in the wrong order so i had to keep checking the page number skipping a page then going back one.
i bought this as part of a set from the book people so quite annoyed by it.

Started reading the first Sookie Stackhouse book last night, its an easier read than I expected, certainly not as well written as the scripts for the TV series.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Mrs Moneypenny that is extremely frustrating. Have you complained to them? Hope the rest are ok.

I am motoring through my Janet Evanovich books. Have now finished Two for the Dough and am halfway through Three to get ready. I find them so addictive lol.

i cant seem to find the publisher any more masie so think they may have changed name or ceased trading and i havent got proof of where i got it as it was from a box in the school staff room about 2 years ago.
ive flicked through the rest of the book and it seems ok everywhere else but before i give it away ill ill put a post it note in the front warning the next reader.

I have finally finished the 50 Shades trilogy! And also read Michael Morpurgo's Waiting for Anya (which had I not been on the bus I'd probably have cried quite a bit!) My next to read is probably going to be another tearjerker...Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks...to begin on the bus tomorrow morning!

I've had an awful month, the only thing that kept me 'sane' was reading (being able to escape and temporarily forget!)

This weekend I've replaced two of my favourite books that I lent out and never got back for £1.50 - Spellbound and The Time Travellers Wife.
Using my phone to post - apologies in advance for any typos

if its an indication of how much you enjoy a book by how quickly you get through it (and how little else gets done) lets say i finished Angels of mercy just now and nothing else much has been done today.
have put it aside to give my mum when i next go over as i think she will enjoy it as well. Typical Lynn Andrews book tale of hard lives in poor liverpool but she writes so well and they flow brilliantly. A real page turner.

Chicken Soup for the Soul at work next.
