Hi all, I've started a new job and so have been so busy concentrating I haven't been eating much. Plus lots of going up and down stairs means I must be in line to lose some weight soon - finally!
food today:
b: just right and oat milk
l: salad box
s: chocolate biscuit bar
d: chicken and barley hotpot (HM from freezer)
When I stop feeling so tired, the plan is to walk to work and maybe back again some days each week (it's a mile and 3/4 each way).working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hya all, well done to all you losers, :T and ((((hugs)))) to those who are struggling.
WI today...and I have stayed the same, which is a b****y miracle, as I have been in constant munch-mode this week...not sure why!
Will really knuckle down this next week, curb the munching and up the exercise...but then I say this every week!!
Off to l'il sis's tomorrow, she is giving us HM butternut squash & lentil soup for lunch, and we will be home for tea (Spag bol from freezer), so should be a "safe" day.
Have decided not to go out for a meal on Sunday (Fathers Day, DS1 is coming home from Uni). DH asked if we could get a nice bit of roasting beef instead...we will have loads of HM pop-overs (yorkies), as well as our our tatties from the garden...yum!! Might make a pudding, though some fruit and icecream could go down well.
This way we will save loads of pennies, not to mention calories!!
Today the food should be:
B: Porridge, with sultanans & soya milk
S: FruitLow fat cream cheese on ryvitas with sliced toms & HG basil
S: Fruit
T: Fish, haddock or pollack poached, with baked pots and salad (leaves from garden)
Right, off to brush the dog...that's a good lot of exercise for me there then!! :rotfl:
