    Today I am having
    Breakfast. 2 shredded wheat and s.skimmed milk and an orange
    Lunch HM thick chunky veggie soup that I made yesterday and some of my apricots from saturday
    Dinner Lettuce,tomato's,cucumber,beetroot,h/boiled egg sliced thinly,some left over chopped peppers,a sprinkle of cheese and a couple of slices of peppered ham that I bought on Saturday.Ski rasberry yogurt for pud.
    Drinks all day will be water, but a cuppa and 2 rich tea biscuits for elevenses and a cup of coffee and two ginger nuts for mid afternoon. Sounds quite healthy to me

    Hi all

    Still doing Ok but up to my eyes in work today so I'm hoping I dont start snacking because I'm fed up ;)

    B: Bagel with cream cheese

    L: HM veg chilli and brown rice

    D: HM chicken pie with lots of steamed veggies

    S: Small skinny latte

    Nothing else as I'm still trying to shift a bit more before I go away :)

    Today I have eaten:

    B....Banana;
    Sn...buttered scone and small choc biscuit;
    L.....burger with ham and cheese....only ate half bun, salad, broccoli, cauliflower, chips, sweet espresso;
    Sn....buttered scone, oat biscuit, tea
    Going to have slice hm bread and butter as starving!

  • Still far too much cake in this house. Had a nice salad for dinner. No exercise but think I managed my 5 a day. Need to go to docs so I can start walking to work again.

    Hi all,

    Weighed myself today as I forgot at the weekend and I've lost 2 lb so I'm now at the lowest weight I've been since I was 24!

    Looks like dropping the optional extras has helped start things moving again

    B: Toasted bagel and cream cheese

    L: Not sure yet, havent brought anything with me, will try and be careful though

    D: Going out for a carvery with MIL & FIL so will have to avoid the roasties ;)

    had a better day yesterday thankgoodness.

    B - spaghetti on toast

    L - jacket spud with tuna

    D - cheese and potato pie, beans and veggie sausage

    apple, pear and yoghurt.

    weigh in tomorrow night.

    a little confession cheese jumped on my oat cakes instead of the peanut butter yesterday.

    B fresh fruit salad and granola
    L smoked salmon salad slice of rye bread.
    D haddock in fine crumbs(reduced to 70p)
    with green beans and peas
    S-oatcakes and hummus
    No caffeine or alchol water and herbal tea for me..

    Hello again all!

    not being very good at posting more often sorry! but I do try and come and have a look at the thread most days to help keep me on track, had a couple of bad days, went over to MIL & SIL's at the weekend and it was one of those times where because there's so much to do I didn't eat at the right times so was STARVING by the time I got round to it and welcomed the roast dinner offerered...with all the trimmings! I get very frustrated when we go down there as this tends to be the pattern, rush to get up and out of the house, usually cause they want to go shopping...get annoyed at spening 4 hrs in the same shop, and by the time we eat i'm tired grumpy and too hungry...have put 1lb on ...so NOT the right direction but am trying v hard to just keep on track now,

    TOday have had:

    B: Seeded toast/peanut butter & Bannana
    S: Strawberries
    L: Salad ( lettuce, cucumber, peppers, olives, chilli, garlic and a teeny bit of brie) packet of crisps.
    S: Muller Light Yoghurt.
    D:Salmon salad broccoli and new potato

    L...2 thin slices bread, with cream cheese and butter beans (trying to copy Sardinian recipe), tea;
    D...Small piece steak, broccoli, 2 sm potatoes, butter, large helping rhubarb sponge, tea;
    Sn..Apple, nectarine.

  • Hi all had a sneaky weigh in at friends and seem to have put on
    a couple of pounds became disheartened and ate 3 small pieces of chicken . so skipped my dinner and had home made blackeyed peas and greens soup.....
    I should not have cheated. real weigh in is on Thursday morning went for a long walk this morning too,may be the puddings have come back to haunt me.I am up here typing whilst family are tucking in to icecream :mad:
