Hi all
I haven't been here for ages but need to shift some weight badly so can I join in the new challenge please? I have quite a bit to lose so want to aim for 20 pounds over the 13 weeks.
I am not starting officially until 2nd Jan but I am already cutting down. I have put my mince pies and leftover Christmas cake in the freezer. The family will finish off the chocs and other bits over the next few days.
Good luck everyone0 -
I will try and lose 14 lbs.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Hi ragz I'm here, absolutely clueless but here.
The truth is I don't really know what I weigh but you're right, 32 and size 16 isn't really very good. What you said about sil putting the weight on over the years I can resonate with that. I have gone from a 12 to a 16 in 7 years. Yes, it's slowly but I don't really know how that has happened.
Off to read back so I know what the rules are. I'll get weighed in the morning and let you know what I am. Thanks for being blunt on toughies, you are so right.0 -
I would like to join the new challenge. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow, and that will be my starting weight, as I don't drink or really celebrate new year, therefore there is no reason for me to take in extra calories. We have no 'Christmas food' left in the house [I don't buy a massive amount in the 1st place].In any case I am aiming for 10 stone 2 as that will take me to a BMI of 25 [or just under].0
