    Hello

Finding this so hard just now, I want chocolate and cake and mince pies!!!! I am lucky to stay the same this week. I am just 4.5 lbs to my goal weight and drum roll..... managed to get into a pair of size 12 trousers today.....easily. I have not worn size 12 since I had my 4th child who has just turned 10.:j

Thank you for setting the challenge Ragz you are a star:A

I too am finding it very hard to stay on the straight and narrow. I think it will be a case of damage limitation and then look forward to the new Year Challenge:T

Sparrer - your idea of a buffet sounds absolutely yummy x

I am struggling a little bit too, not so much with eating but I am missing my exercise routines, especially swimming. My daughter is being a little bit 'difficult' [she is autistic] and it is affecting my focus.
pollys well done. It's a great feeling moving down a size. I am actually looking forward to clothes shopping in the summer for the 1st time in years. Hopefully I will be a size 12 by then.

I think it's so hard this time of year because the tv, shops, magazines are pushing food on us 24/7, we are out of routine, exercise gets forgotten/hard to fit in, the weather is pants which makes you want to eat...

Don't give yourselves a hard time. In January we will all make a BIG effort!

    Morning all :)
another one struggling here, after weighing in tomorrow morning, I'm going to switch to maintenance calories until I go back to work in the new year, so I can indulge a little without feeling too guilty, and also hopefully without gaining any weight! I'm intending to fit in some exercise while I'm on hols, not managed any this week though, too much christmas prep to finish, not to mention knitting as I haven't finished my nephew's christmas present yet!

    Today:
    Breakfast: yoghurt
Lunch: chicken sandwich, satsumas, apple, yoghurt
    Dinner: not planned yet.

Hugs JBD, I hope you manage a get back into your routines soon. I support children with autism in primary school and I understand how difficult it can be.

I'm craving chocolate and the house is full of it, so far I have resisted as I am focussed on buying new work trousers in size 12 in the sales.

Well I think you are very restrained as I broke out the chocolates earlier this week. I know I wont lose and really hope to have STS. Anyway onwards and upwards for a very Happy Christmas and then look forward to the New Year Challenge x

Morning everyone:santa2: hope evryone is feeling well.
Ragz I have lost one pound. I'm not sure how, but it has cheered me up. Every pound lost motivates me more. I definitely am going to be careful with food over Christmas.
    My food plans are -
B - banana, LF greek yoghurt, honey , toasted nuts
L - wholemeal pitta, falafel, taztiki
    D- cheese omelette, salad
For snacks I am going to try very hard to stick to fruit. I have been spoiling myself too much and I don't want to get too used to it.
Best of luck with the weigh ins everyone. And if I don't post again before Christmas I would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas. :xmassmile

    Morning all :)
I have stayed the same again this week, but still pleased to have lost 12lb over the christmas challenge. If I lose the same again in the New Year I'll no longer be obese! Thanks to Ragz for running the challenge and keeping the list up to date

Hope everyone has a joyful Christmas, gets some lovely presents and enters the New Year with lots of vim and vigour! I shall be returning the other side of 30 as it's my birthday on Boxing Day!

I'm switching to maintenance level calories tomorrow (~2100kcal for me) until the new year, and I may not be on to log my food as we're off to stay with family for a few days. Will try to fit in some proper exercise every day once we get back on the 28th though - I'm off work until the 4th, so hoping to do something every day to offset a bit of indulgence on the food side. Should definitely STS, but if I manage to move my butt enough I may even lose a wee bit :)

    Today's meals:
Breakfast: mini hm mince pie (at least I didn't have brandy butter on it, unlike DH :rotfl:), yoghurt, satsumas
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich, wotsits, satsuma, yoghurt
    Dinner: Chicken tacos
    Little monkey born November 2012:j
    Froglet due March 2016 :D
