    :T JBD Well done you!

Well, I weighed this morning and had put on my premenstrual weight already (I know as I was 2lb lighter the day before and my boobs are bigger today!). I will declare at 164lb to make it a round number. Not nearly as good as I could have done but never mind... Will update list in a bit...

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Yesterday
    B - 1/2 white roll, butter, marmalade
L - to quote - 'Slow roasted whole duck leg in a balsamic, olive and pancetta reduction. Served with Tuscan potatoes and green beans'. In other words, duck, roast tatties & veg ;) it was really very good though!
D - too full, just a couple of satsumas and a pear
Exercise - none :o too tired. Sat in car on mways for total of 8 hours on a return journey which is usually 3 hours. No fun

    Today
B - F&F, ss milk, slice toast, lf spread, marmalade
    L - chicken casserole
    D - veg omelette
    snacks - fruit
    exercise 1/2 hour pulm exercise

Huge thanks to ragz for keeping us all in order :D. I won't deny it's been hard at times but some good habits have been learned and now looking forward to the New Year challenge.

:xmastree: have a great Christmas everyone :xmassign:
  • Thanks ragz, very well done to all on your acheivements. I am looking forward to the new year when I can renew my efforts seriously and loose the other half of my overall goal.

Have a lovely break everyone x
Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.

    Hi Guys x
Hope you all had a lovely day and Merry Christmas :EasterBun

Im awake as my tummy is complaining about the surfeit of rich food it had to endure yesterday. I just cant take it anymore and my tummy is growling and churning and :eek::eek: (TMI).

I cant wait to ditch the chocolate and get back to sensible eating. I intend to have a very calm day today x

Molly I empathise, and hope your tummy settles down now. I had too much rich stuff - including mussels which I know don't suit me, so a stupid thing to do - on 24th and was up all night. Shall we just say I saw a lot more of the inside of my toilet bowl that I usually do :(. Spoiled my Christmas Day as I was a bit nervous about eating any of the beautiful dinner DD provided.

Why, oh why do we do it?! I thought the same as you, can't wait to get back to normal eating.

Hurry up New Year challenge! :D
