Hi all,
Yesterday wasnt as 100% good as I wanted it to be as I was constantly hungry, probably because I had a few days of quick fix sugar and fat that healthy stuff isnt doing it for me
Today will be different, I'm off shopping to load up on good foods and get all the washing done as I'm back in work tomorrow
B: 2 wholemeal toast with marmalade (no butter)
L/D: Not sure yet, just cooking for myself today as OH is in work. Will probably be an easy one of pasta pesto with a few veggies thrown in
S: Nothing, going back to my no snacking plan until I'm back on track0 -
Today I have eaten:
B...2 grilled rashers, 2 poached eggs, 3 sauteed potatoes ( small ones), slice buttered toast, green tea;
L/D...plate of lettuce, topped with small amount chicken, 2 beetroot, stick celery, raw carrot, small cooked potato, onion, 2 slices B&B, tea;
Sn....small twix, slice B&B.
Seem to eat a lot of bread and butter, don't I? Need to fill up more on fruit and veg I think.
Good luck to all

Morning all.
meanmarie - I'm still here, but I don't know where everyone else is. Come back, everyone!
I will lightly gloss over what I ate on Wednesday, if you don't mind.I intended to eat very lightly yesterday to make up for it, but I had one of those horrible days of being permanently hungry - I tried to stick to munching on fairly healthy stuff, but I'm not sure I succeeded.
I had:
B - cherry and almond muesli and skimmed milk
S - apple; low-cal cereal bar
L - goat's cheese and watercress sandwich; mixed bean salad; cherry tomatoes
D - breaded chicken with mushroom sauce and salad; olive foccacia; gooseberries with fat free yoghurt
I really will try and be good today - I need to as I stepped on the scales this morning and have put on half a kilo since Monday. :eek: I obviously need to try harder!
Back after a very long break!0 -

hi all. welcome back everyone retuning!
i've been busy working hard and the proximity of m&s food hall to my work means i have been eating much more fruit - expensive fruit mind you
strwberries, cherries, white flesh nectarines this week
so managed to avoid the cakes and after eights in the office, not to mention numerous cake and coffee shops.
only walked home once this week so must work on that, but have been up and down stairs all day.
as its frday, i'm having a choc muffin tonight. hopefully the scales will be kind next week when i weigh.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Have stayed the same this week which is a bit of a miracle as I was away last weekend and out for lunch yesterday.
Today I have eaten:

Well done meanmarie, I stayed the same this past week too...that's the second week in a row...but better than gaining eh.
I really have to get my a**e in gear and get myself sorted food and exercise-wise (too much of the former and too little of the latter methinks!!)...need to come on here daily and post my food intake...writing it down here does make a difference!
Off to bed soon...but will go and make some SF jellies with fruit that I can eat when I munchies....much better for me!
Also must check on the strawberries in the fruit cage...looks like they are starting to ripen now whoopee!!!! :j
