    Been away for 10 days and put on 2 pounds a couple of days before I went, ate what I wanted to and had some wine as well while away ( its compulsory in Italy isn't it??) so couldn't wait for weigh in until to-morrow which is my normal day....had to check twice to believe that I am now down to the weight I was in January! So am going back to Italy to-morrow for the rest of my life!!

    Today's menu is:

    B..Full fryup with toast and tea
    Sn...apple, grapes, banana
    D....Chicken leg with stir fried veg and new potatoes...not sure if there will be pudding.

    Good luck to all and congratulations to losers

    So what did you eat in Italy - was it lots of the mediterranean food - salads, fish etc? They now say on the tv its what we all should be eating!

    Hi all,

    Doing quite well at the moment, I've cut out all the unecessary extras that I usually allow myself like a digestive or a small bowl of HM fruit crumble in an attempt to get things moving again so I'm having 3 sensible meals a day and only small amounts of fruit as snacks

    B: Bagel with cheese spread

    L: HM scouse

    D: Prawn laksa with a raw carrot, courgette and radish salad with peanut dressing

    S: Small skinny latte and a few strawberries

    Hope I can stick with this as its TOTM and I feel horrid ;)
  • Well done Keiss! I know how you feel - I have arthritis in my knees and so exercise is a little limiting for me - I have a pedometer on and try to do my "healthy" ones each day.

    I lost 1 1/2 lbs this week but even more importantly I can now do up a bracelet which my mum left me and so I thought I would add a charm for each stone I lose as a bit of incentive - and the first one is a cupcake (avon £2.50) which I thought was quite funny as its the only cupcake I cant eat!!!

    I love the idea of the charm for each stone, and the cupcake sounds just right as the first one.

    I haven't been too bad but now I need to get ready to go swimming but now I feel bloated and just want to go to bed, I can't as my friend will soon be here so on with the cossie I go.

    Hello all!

    Well Done Keiss! and Floyd, the inch loss is a great way to keep track, far better way of judging it I think as as you gain muscle you may not be seeing the llbs drop off on the scales but you will be looking (and feeling!) better, also increasing your muscle mass will help to raise your metabolism so all good!

    As predicted I stayed the same this week, I knew that though with the whole eye thing I pretty much hid under the duvet with a patch over my eye for most of the week!...and was a little naughty to ;)

    So have a week til I am off on holiday to Greece, will try and get things moving in the right direction again before I go,

    Today's menu:

    B: Muller Light Yog & Oats and more cereal
    L: Thai Green Chicken Curry + Jasmine Rice
    S: Prawn Cocktail Crisps (naughty but YUM!)
    D: TBC

    Hope you are all having a good week!

    Not sure that I should post until just before bedtime....finished off my day with half a packet of lovely Australia liquorice that OH bought me yesterday.

    My menu today:

    B....clementine, slice bread and butter;
    L....salad with tuna, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, bread and butter, tea;
    D....Spaghetti with tomato, mushroom and herb sauce, large mixed salad, muffin with rhubarb, gooseberries and custard.

    S...apple and handful raisins.

    Marie

    Geniusscuffy....the usual pasta, fish, lots of fresh fruit and veg, salami, even had tripe one day, breakfast was a filled croissant with sweet capuccino most days.....did slightly more walking than usual, dead chuffed with result.
