Hi all,
Well done all the losers, I'm hoping things will pick up as soon as I sort out my pill again
Today has been good for me, I had a bigger dinner than usual but I also did 11 miles through the forest on my bike so I don't feel so bad
B: 2 wholemeal toast and marmalade
L: 2 wholemeal toast topped with cottage cheese, vine tomato and cracked black pepperBaked wholemeal pasta in tomato sauce with some mozerella melted on top and a few small pieces of garlic bread and a massive side salad of stuff from the garden
S: Probably nothing else as I'm really full now
Have a good weekend all0 -

Hi all
Had a fantastic day yesterday hiking 5 hours in the peak district but I'm really hurting today as we did an 11 mile mountain bike trek the day before so a bit of an activity overload! Had a take away curry last night but I was sensible and had a tomato and lentil type vegetable curry with half a portion of boiled rice and 2 poppadoms, no breads, no sides so I don't feel too bad
B/L: Wholemeal cheese & chutney sandwiches with a few crisps (yesterdays leftovers)Roast chicken with mashed sweet potato and steamed cauli, cabbage, broccoli and carrots
S: Might make a gooseberry crumble later but will see how everything adds up in terms of calories then decide
Have a good day all0 -

must get back on track today. It wont be easy as Dh and I have the week off work and he's terrible at leading me astray!;)(It doesn't take much)
We're off out for lunch later to meet up with DS1 so will have to make the best choices I can.

Hi all,
After whinging at my friend about doing lots of exercise and losing nothing (and even putting on weight one week) my friend convinced me to actually measure myself instead. So I measured about a month ago to order some new trousers from the US and compared to that I've lost 1 inch from my waist and 1 inch from my hips so at least there is some change even if the scales arent backing it up!
B: Ciabatta roll and cream cheese (local Tesco by work had no fruit, milk or wholemeal bread!)
L: Wholemeal pasta salad with roasted butternut squash and red onion and a little green pestoNot sure yet, probably HM singapore chow mein or prawn laksa
S: Small skinny latte
Hoping for a good week as I go on holiday soon and I want to be able to wear vest tops without worrying about my 'flesh hula-hoop' its the one part of me that always holds the pounds and I'm really paranoid about it0 -
Hi all, another STS for me - but to be honest... the carte d'or icecream on offer at sainsbug and the chocolate brownies I made probably didn't help matters :rotfl:
Other than that, I have been good - even missing of the marge from jacket spuds and skipping the cheese to have tuna and low fat mayo.
My tum definitely feels less bloated than it has been - must be the extra water I'm drinking. And my scales are a bit squew whiff anyway - seem to change their mind by 6lbs each time I get on and off so I have to do an average.
Well done to all those losing - whether weight or in inches - it's all in the right direction.
Need to think up something healthy for lunch before OH gets here at 1 and I opt for bacon and eggsworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Keiss 21 - Well Done!
Floyd - muscles weigh far more than fat and inches matter!
hope everyone else is well and reasonable near the waggon, I had a great weekend if it was one of excess.
3 Exams next week so will be knuckling down to study every evening and so shouldn't be naughty this week or next.
Today:
1 slice toast & honey (250 cals)
L: mug shot (pasta in a mug) & crisps (385 cals)
S: pineapple fruit pot (220 cals)chicken with red thai sauce (jar) and rice (750 ish)
I'm using up a load of stuff that came to light due to cupboards running low over last few weeks.0 -
Hi all,
Hoping for a good day today, too busy to snack
B: 2 wholemeal toast and cream cheese
L: M&S thai spiced coconut and chicken wrap things (bought yesterday as a treat and there is naff all to them, about 100kCal which is hardly worth eating)
HM scouse with pickled beetroot and a crusty cob (no butter)
S: Maybe a skinny cappuccino if I have time later
Have a fab day all0
