    Hi all,
hope you all got to enjoy the bank holiday before the rain set in!

A 40th birthday this weekend meant I have probably consumed a whole weeks worth of calories in a day, alcohol was a BIG part of weekend (very nice Sangria though).

And I have 3 more birthday events THIS WEEK, Thursday day, Fri & Sat evening. Hence not expecting good things this month LOL.

    Today has been:
    B: 2 x bread with spread, 1 with jam
L: cous cous with garlic & curry powder to flavour & salad leaves with beetroot. Bag of crisps
    S: yogurt & banana
    D: pasta & something

    Hi all,
Well I declined the packet of crisps and haven't had any biscuits today either... but there may have been an eccles cake :o

Oh well, that's still better than I would have been, coz I'd have eaten the crisps, biscuits and the cake!

b: just right cereal and oat milk
l: ham and salad baguette (HM) with low fat mayo.... I did have good intentions... then had the eccles cake
d: Not sure, either breaded cod and veg or chicken casserole depending how long OH will be at work
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    Hi all,

    I'm doing ok today:

    B: yogurt & banana
L: cous cous flavoured with garlic & paprika, salad and last slice of ham
S: will try not to have - but lots of banana's still to use!
D: beef burgers with last of salad and not sure what else (no bread in house)

Tomorrow will have a decent breakfast and then will be eating out about 3pm and then drinking, so Floyd I maybe in need your veggie lasanga by tomorrow lunch!

ETA: I have been bad :-( didn't get to lunch until 2pm so had a terrible nibble attack. A mint Feast ice cream was to be my treat but a Cream Egg also jumped into my hand as I paid.....
