Hello Everyone - You are all doing so well...
I bought some snacky things in the £ shop, weight watchers cheese puffs and Salt & vinegar 'Hula Hoops' they are about 60ish cals per packet; they are not wonderful, but in an emergency!
Also went to Wilkinsons and bought a small plastic bottle with a spray nozel (making my own spray oil), don't use a lot of oil but this way can use less.
Went to the market to get loads of fruit and veg, so tired from walking around headed up to bed an hour ago! Hope the sunshine over the weekend and we all lose tons of weight... : )0 -
Evening all,
Put on 2 lbs this morning so have thrown the towel in for now, going on holiday on Sunday morning so unlikely to lose while away....will give it another shot when I come back...
In the meantime, congratulations to all the losers, welcome to any newbies and good luck to everyone.

meanmarie- enjoy your holiday ,lucky you
mousemousey99- well done on finding the snacks, I agree that "diet" type things are usually a poor substitute ,but are good to have when you need something.I love real crips like double fried crisps, the expensive one Kettle black peppper were my favourite.and Walkers Marmite.
The advantage to me doing my weightloss plan is it allows me /encourages me to still have nut, olives , hummus.and also cheese with-in moderation.and so far have managed to stay away from my favourite form of potato.
Well done all weight loser and keep going to those that haven`t yet.
B_ Paw Ridge, not so freash fruit salad
L_ Chickpea soup
D_ spaggetti bolognese, peas, parmesan cheese, tiramisu, small glass red wine.out at mother in laws

morning!
had a bad few days with 2 meals out but am back on track now. Working all weekend so am taking most of my food with me. I stocked up on healthy stuff yesterday.
Re crisps - I like the Walkers baked crisps - taste good and nowhere near as many cals as normal crisps, or French Fries are good too.
B - boiled egg and ww toast
L - 1 ww toast(I use WW brown danish as its nice and crunchy but no good for sandwiches) and tinned mackerel with salad
D - quorn sweet and sour with noodles
I've got a big tub of melon, pear, apple and banana to snack on if needed
Plus a yoghurt for pud.
hope you all have a great weekend x x x
MeanMarie - hope you have a lovely weekend away xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi all,
Managed another 7 miles through the forest on my bike yesterday so I'm aching a bit today
I was really well behaved all day yesterday until we went to a friends place and they had pringles and cornflake cakes to snack on! Fortunately I stuck to diet coke so I don't have to factor in any booze but hopefully the biking cancels out any crap I had as I didn't overdo it
B/L: Nothing yet but I'm meeting a friend to go 'meff shopping' which basically involves scouring shops like Home Bargains, B&N and Wilko for stuff to save us money on our normal shop so we'll probably just pick something up while we're outRoast chicken dinner with mashed sweet potato, steamed cabbage, carrots, cauli and green beans with a little gravy
S: Maybe pear crumble if I have time to make it0 -
