Hi. I've been Reading these boards for the past couple of weeks but this is
    my first post.
I'd love to join this thread... I've a fair bit of weight to lose and whenever I've followed a slimming club plan I've ended up gaining more than I lose!
If it's ok, I'd like to post my daily food intake at the end of each day, or the following morning - hopefully this will shame me into watching my intake!
Will weigh in once a week.
  • Tes123, Welcome I have found that wrighting down what I have eaten makes me more mindful of what I will eat.

Hi all, well done to all losers and welcome to all newcomers.

Hmm I seem to have put on a pound - not good for the first week, but I did do more walking.

Today it's gone outta the window and I don't care, it's bank holiday after all.

b: cooked brekkie at the local cafe (a rare treat from OH so I could hardly decline ;))
l: picnic in the park so wraps, grapes, bag of hula hoops and a choccy bar plus juice/water
    s: mars ice cream :o
    d: lasagna and salad.

Not too bad - lasagna is HM and I don't put white sauce in, just a bit on top with the cheese.

Tomorrow must try harder... weight seems to be going steadily upwards
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    Welsome Tes! :)

Well I have lost 4 lb but not in the way I would have hoped! Friends band played at a festival yesterday so we went along and got pretty drunk and I spent 5 hours this morning being sick! Seems the lesson I tried to remember from the last episode didn't work! Anyway, I haven't eaten a heck of a lot today because I'm trying not to upset my stomach again

    B: Nothing

L: Dry bagel with lots of water

D: White rice with mild curry sauce (didn't eat it all, just needed some empty calories)

Haven't had anything else so my stomach can right itself again :( When will I ever learn

Hoping for a good few weeks as we go away soon and I want to make sure I feel good in my clothes
  • Friends rang up to invite us round for a meal so lunch was the pasta anchovy chili seafood olive thing with one slice of garlic bread , followed by 4 bit s of homemade flapjack .Helped dd to make would be rude not to eat it with out gusto.
D- sausage burgers ,pork chop and salad with cheesecake, beer and wine....
Well that blew al my good intentions.
but to borrow from one of my favorite Movies.
quiet frankly my dear I don't give a dam.
    tomorrow is another day.

    Hi all,

Still feeling ropey_pale__pale__pale_ but its completely my own fault so I don't want sympathy :o

B: Toasted bagel with cheese spread

L: Wholemeal roll with roast chicken

D: HM Scouse with HM pickled beetroot

S: Probably nothing as I am just about managing the bare minimum at the moment without feeling crap again!

If only I could bottle this feeling and remind myself next time I decide to drink vodka
