Oh well done Mrs Woolfe I have the same problem my two boys are 6ft3 1/2 and one can eat anything and not put the weight on the other like me only has to look at food and we eat. Also having two big boys I was eating the same portions as them! No wonder the weight went on. when I'm stressed I eat and its been a pretty bad couple of years (lost my Mum and Grandad who I cared for, my uncle, got a new job, went to college - so pretty hectic!!)2010 has got to be better than the last two years!! :rotfl:

Hi all,
Well I have a mild hangover after going out for somebodies leaving meal last night but I chose my food ahead so I wasnt tempted to have the fried/cheesy options after a few drinks!
This morning I ventured out for 7 miles of mountainbiking with OH, it was spoiled by me getting peppered with dogs**t that some kind owner had left in the middle of a path in a Forestry Comission bike trail. Next time I see someone leaving their dogs plop I will park my bike up their jacksy!!!
Anyway, pleased I did it as I have been feeling so sluggish this week

Hi all,
Another 7 miles done today, nice to get out in the fresh air early and enjoy the silence by the river before its broken by people BBQ-ing and drinking all day as they rapidly burn!
Food-wise I'm allowing myself a little bit of a free reign to get it out of my system as I keep craving cheese so I figure I must be lacking something so I've had a nice bit of caerphilly and some strong cheddar with HM chutney and crusty bread.
Back on it 100% tomorrow and I'm really going to try and do more exercise as I think thats the key to me losing regularly
B: 2 toast
L: Bread, cheese and chutney and 2 falafelHM roasted pepper sauce and wholemeal pasta with HM focaccia
S: Mackies ice cream and a small square of warm HM ginger cake later on
Have a fab day all0 -

Snack....black coffee, stale fruit scone with butter and jam, apple;
D...not sure yet as out to dinner but will try to keep with salady stuff as much as possible. Will probably have more pineapple, grapes.
Dinner was chilli prawns on bread (3 prawns),rice stuffed pepper with tomatoey sauce, broccoli with sauce (of some kind!) fruit pavlova...no wine, no coffee, just water. Not as good as I hoped but best that was on offer.
