    I've lost a stone!!! Sorry couldnt help it - really pleased!!! in a month too - just cut out chocolate and biscuits and cakes and tried really hard to have lots of veggies/salads to fill me up! (also youngest son has lost weight too and he didnt realise hes been on the diet also!!!) Sorry to brag but so surprised!!! Just got to keep this momentum up...
    2010 has got to be better than the last two years!! :rotfl:

    Weight loss to date: 3 Stone & 5lbs!! Weight loss this week: 2 lbs !!:j

    Yesterday I didn't eat my banana but ended up having an apple at 5.30 to keep me going until dinner at 7pm.

    Today:
    B: Toast & honey x2
    L: egg & cress sandwich with packet of snack-a-jacks (these were a treat as had the customer from hell in today - don't normally deal with them but he got my name!)
    S: banana to eat at 5pm ish again
    D: morrocan chicken & cous cous

    must find some receipes that use honey as I have another jar to go and getting fed up of it on toast.

    Hello, Not doing too badly (I've now lost 1 and a 1/2 stone). One thing I am finding & wonder if it is some weird side effect - I am soo cold. I'm up here with a hot water bottle! Anyone else finding this?

    I ate lunch at friends ,Greek salad, so will have to eat my planned lunch tomorrow.

    Went to get weighted and lost 1 1/2lbs so I am chuffed have now gone under the 13 stone mark so 4 more to go.

    mousey - well done to you too. :T Re feeling cold - what's your iron intake like? I mention it only becuase my sister used to feel cold all the time - she was eventually diagnosed with anaemia and prescribed iron tablets, which solved the problem. If there's any chance this is a problem for you, it might be worth visiting your GP to get it checked out.

    newlywed - how did today's interview go? And good luck for tomorrow.


    I was being really good today, then blew it this evening with a really unhealthy dinner. That's two days in a row that I've done that - I must be good from now on. :naughty::o

    I've had:
    Breakfast - one wheat biscuit, last of the packet of honey loop cereal (about one and a half handfuls of loops), dried apricots, semi skimmed milk
    Snack - handful of roasted cashews; pear
    Lunch - salami and tomato sandwich
    Dinner - sausage, onion, pesto and cheese wraps :o

    I haven't even had my five a day today, I've realised - very bad CCP! :o:o
    Back after a very long break!

    Hello everybody.

    Today I have eaten:

    B....Half mango,kiwi. bacon sandwich, tea;
    L....Ham sandwich, tea;
    D....pork chop, large potato, baked beans, peas, ground elder, slice swiss roll, tea.

    Will have something like banana or clementine or indeed maybe both before I go to bed....so long as I can stay away from the dreaded bread!

    Well done Geniusscuffy...that is some achievement.

    Hi CCP, I think it went ok. It wasn't very long though so I'm not sure :o I had to try and convince them why I don't want to do the kind of work I was doing, but want to work there :/ Should hear by end of the week, but the interview tomorrow (for the kind of work I was doing) want to decide by the end of the day as they want immediate start. Think its gonna get confusing :o.

    I want to do the job that's different (from today), even though I haven't done lots of it. It's also nearer so I wouldn't have much excuse to not walk most days if the weather was good - which would help my increasing butt :D Just not sure I really sold myself completely :o

    Tomorrow's is in another town, so bus fare every day, and interview is with set questions in front of a panel of people - scary! Good thing that I know the type of job though.

    I dunno. But there have been rather too many low fat banana muffins consumed this afternon :o

    Hi all,

    I have REALLY struggled today but come out the other side in one piece ;)

    Huge congrats Genuisscuffy dont feel like you're bragging, its an amazing achievment so well done :T:T:T:T

    B: Bran Flakes & skimmed milk

    L: Jacket spud & cottage cheese

    D: Went out for a carvery so I had roast turkey with tons of veg and a splosh of gravy

    S: Apple, some strawberries, 3 crackerbread with laughing cow cheese spread on

    Nothing naughty but its 10pm and I'm getting hungry again, no idea whats wrong with me, I just seem to be starving all the time :( Think I'll go to bed
