Hi all and welcome to the new folk
Bit of a tough one for me today but entirely my own doing as I made a big New york baked Cheesecake yesterday to bring into work todayI only had one slice which was 1/12th of the whole thing but I sat down with the recipe and worked out the cals and it was a whopping 506!!!!! So I've been quite restricted on what else I can have today as I wiped out most of my allowance in one hit!
B: Bran Flakes & skimmed milk
L: HM chilli and brown riceHM roasted veg lasagne and salad with small piece of HM focaccia
S: The cheesecake of doom but it was deliciousand a pear
Really need to get strict and not have things like that for a while until I'm fully under control again0 -
Wasn't too bad today but was really bad at the weekend! Girly night in on saturday followed by friends over for big dinner 'n drinks yesterday.
Today's eats:
B: porridge
L: Pitta bread, tomato, lettuce and celeriac remouladepasta with bacon and mushroom in a cheese sauce, 2slices of garlic bread
Snacks: fruit, rocky bar.

I've generally been pretty good today, with one lapse just before dinner:
Breakfast - two slices HM granary bread with butter and honey; banana
Snack - handful of dried fruit and nuts
Lunch - brie and salami sandwich; tomato, lettuce and olive side-salad
Dinner - bowl of prawn crackers; pork and veg curry, veg dahl, naan bread and a couple of mini onion bhajis
I think the diet is working on the whole, though, as I lost another kilo last week despite my eating being all over the place for most of the week.
floyd - your cheesecake sounds lovely - I'm so glad it's nowhere near me!Back after a very long break!0 -
Out for lunch to-day, so I have eaten:
B...porridge with banana, tsp sugar, milk;
L...breaded cod, salad, chips, chocolate eclair, capuccino with tsp sugar;
T...2 slices bread and butter, shared a large apple with OH.
Congratulations to losers, welcome to newbies, good luck to all

Back on the wagon this week - had a rubbish week last week due mainly to tiredness from sleepless nights with chicken poxy daughter!
Have gained a pound which isn't too bad all things considered, and the house is now clear of temptation again.
Baked some muffins yest for ds's lunch box and realised purely by chance they are relatively low fat and sugar so they might be a good standby sweet treat for me too (eta have just woked out the calorie content of the muffins at 125 each - not bad at all)
So far today
mini shredded wheat, ss milk and tea
banana muffin and pear for snack
leftover pizza for lunch,
pork stir fry with loads of veg and small portion of rice for dinnerPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

It's not one I've made - just a recipe I've seen and had my eye onHowever, I think most soups are ok frozen, apart from those with cream in (which I don't do anyway).
So far today:
b: just right and oat milk, two cuppas
s: four digestives
l: bacon roll
d: low fat dusted cod with rustic oven chips.
Bit stressed today, interview this afternoon and another one tomorrow.
Might keep myself occupied by making low fat nana muffins.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0
