!" Saying that, I had my first "show" yesterday for nearly 2 months...it can be a shock these days as I get used to not having any! It does explain the grumps I have had for the last couple of days as well as my attack of the munchies (even more than usual
)
WI today, and I have STS, so not as bad as it could have been I suppose.
Have been making bread this morning (4 loaves rising nicely atm) Also listing the contents of my freezers, fridge and cupboards so I can draw up menu plans for the rest of the month and a shopping list for later today.
I also plan on printing out a sheet to record any exercise I do...it is good to see what you have done, as well as what you should do!! It might shame me in actualy doing some!
My toe is still weeping, but much less sore. Can't believe it is 3 weeks since I sqashed it!
Right, off to finish my meal-plans, bake the bread, then off to do the shopping....
Food for today:
B: Porridge, made with soya milk, water and sultanas
S: One slice of fat-free fruit loafBaked potato with 1/2 tin baked beans; banana
S: Fruit, satsuma or apple
T: HM pizza for DS2 and DH, Steamed asparagus with poached egg and steamed ground elder (well, I might have a go at eating it..it's taking over the garden!!)
S: SF jelly with fruit.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Hello ladies
Very depressed at the moment as the last month has been awful. Last time I posted I got down to my lowest weight for a while. Then we went away to my sis-in-laws for 5 days who has nothing but junk food in the house (and remote village with no shops) and I put on a STONE. Wow, I didn't think it was possible to put on a stone in 5 days.
Since then I have felt atrocious. No energy and very down. I also came on 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't stopped, going for tests next week to see what that is about but I'm sure it must have something to do with gaining so much weight so quickly. Really trying to eat sensibly now and get out walking as much as possible. Did 6 miles yesterday, will try to do similar today.

Welcome SavvyShe :T and hugs JoJoB, hope you feel more sparkly soon
Yesterday was a planned rubbish day as somebody brought in homemade strawberry cheesecake which was delicious and then I went to a friends for a takeaway curry (half a portion of boiled rice and a veggie curry with 2 poppadoms so could have been alot worse!)
Today I'm on a mission to clean and sort like a mad woman so hopefully that will burn of some calories!
B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM marmalade
L: Probably a salad or something simple like soupHM chicken pie with steamed asparagus, purple sprouting broccoli and carrots
S: Maybe some bakeed rhubarb and ice cream0 -
Hi all!
am back from a few days in Devon with Mum, wasn't too bad at all as Mum who is usually a terrible eater has started a diet and didn't lead me astray at all!:j so no cream teas or fish and chips for me just 1 ice cream - I did eat more bread than normal but we walked miles so I dont think I've done too badly at all.
I had a veggie breakfast this morning before we set off for home and I've had 2 WW bread and cheese since then. Not a clue about later.
Hope you're all having a great weekend xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
