Back on my own medication today but it probably means I will fall asleep at about 3pm as they make me drowsy :D

So far today has been good, not succumbed to temptation but we are going out for lunch so I need to be careful :o

B: Bran flakes and skimmed milk

L: Probably a jacket spud with beans and a bit of side salad

D: Not sure yet as we are going out early so hopefully we can plan something sensible

S: Few strawberries and a pear. I have some stewed rhubarb and a yoghurt for later if I get peckish or fancy something sweet

    Keep at it all :T

    Evening all.

I was a bit naughty yesterday and ate the whole dish of Anglesea Eggs, when I really only needed about two thirds of it. (Yes, I know it was supposed to be leeks in cheese sauce, but I changed my mind! :o) On the plus side, it was so filling that I haven't felt hungry all day today, so I haven't eaten that much.

Breakfast - crust of the bread with peanut butter
    Snack - two pears
Lunch - ham and tomato sandwich; pack of marinated olives (I've got a bit of a thing about olives at the moment, as you may have noticed! :))
    Snack - banana
Dinner - chicken kiev, HM baked beans, stir-fried courgettes

Tomorrow will be a bit chaotice food-wise and I don't know when or if I'll get a chance to eat anything until the evening, when I might well end up treating myself to a takeaway. Oh well, one won't hurt. Much. I hope. ;):o

    Have a nice evening, peeps.
Back after a very long break!

    Hi,can I join in,:) I need to lose at least 2 stones by Christmas as DS1 is getting married. I have lost weight in the past going to SW but to be honest I can do it myself if I try. We are on a money saving mission at the moment and I refuse to pay weekly £4.50 to get on the scales. so I reckon If I log on here what I eat each day (sins and all) and weigh myself every 4 weeks (i get obsessed on and off daily sometimes) I should technically should be able to do it. I have got the knowledge but when you are tyring to be frugal it is so difficult ,but here goes, yesterdays menu;
    B) pear and small bowl mini shredies/fruit fibre mix
    S) 2 tomatoes small banana
    L) tin scotch broth 2 satsumas small banana
    S) small banana 1 tiny slice bread+coleslaw(when I was
    making tea):o
    T) cooked chicken tbs coleslaw salad jacket potato
small portion DS3 healthy apple and raisin crumble
    and custard
4 cups of tea through day
Now I can see where I went wrong! :mad:good job he dosn't cook every day
Thanks folks and good luck for today eveyone and see u tomorrow x

    Morning All

I am in a foul mood today and am throughly hacked off with working for a cruddy company whose managers couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery :mad:. Incompetant doesn't cover it ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH im so mad :mad:

Phew thats a bit better, sorry for ranting.. have not been on for a while as have been away camping in pickering , and then just had loads on....

today i have the following on my menu -

B- bagel with 3 turkey rashers
S- Shapers yoghurt & blueberry bar
L- Meat/pasta salad followed by a small low fat custard
    S - an apple
D - Chicken teryiaki stirfry :jfollowed by a bag of buttons & a glass of wine (friday night treats - yeah ) !!

I have not done that well with the healthy eating this week - have ate mammoth amounts of bread & cheese with chips as well .... i had a go at myself as well the other night (while watching supersize vs superskinny which btw makes me a bit confused as i half feel guilty but at the same time the skinnies make me want to reach for the largest slice of cake ) as i had scoffed a load of chocolate so then i started berating myself at my lack of self control etc etc
Then to top off my week yesterday i had the most excruciating period pain ( i am sure i put on lbs at the time of the month as my belly is massively bloated ) and i feel like an elephant :(

I am going to try & go for a 4 mile run tonight to make myself feel a bit better....

    *sighs*
