Welcom CCP, I am afraid people also post recipes here as well...but admittedly it's not the main topic of conversation IYSWIM!:D
WI tomorrow, so I am trying to be extra good today...why is I invariably pig-out the day before WI?? Self defeating or what!!
I really must get back into posting my daily menus, so today:
B: Porridge with sultanas, using 50:50 water:soya milk
S: One mint sweet @ work, had a tickly cough and hadn't any throat sweets left.Egg sandwich, made using H******s very low-fat mayo, as well as some finely chopped cherry toms. Also had a salad with lettuce, more toms, cucumber & spring onion. Then a banana for afters...that should keep me filled up before tea!
S:morefruit...clementines probably
T: Grilled HM burger made with lean mince, egg, breadcrumbs & herbs & seasoning. More salad & veg
S: SF jelly...if I make some soon!!
Off to do some more sewing, enjoy this lovely sunshine!

Ok so I didn't walk to sainsbugs and I gave in to a toasted teacake but declined the last magnum and OH ate it instead.
Anyway, today has been:
b: two slices of toast with honey (determined not to open the next jar of nutella)
s: a few crisps and a biscuit
l: bacon and egg on toast
s: packet of randoms
d: low fat sausages and bubble and squeak with gravy
Had a short walk today 20 mins uphill.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I was a bit naughty last night and gave in to a splodge of butter on my mash.
I'll find out when I step on the scales tomorrow if it's done any harm - it was nice, though.
Today I've had:
Breakfast - last of the packet of oat cereal (not quite a full portion, which I paid for with a grumbling stomach halfway through my morning meeting), sultanas, semi-skimmed milk
Morning snack (as soon as I got out of the meeting!) - banana
Lunch - cheese salad and a chunk of HM brown bread
Afternoon snack - two small pears
Dinner - meatball and aubergine tagine with more HM bread (without butter, which will be difficult)
I had a nice walk at lunchtime - the sunshine makes that bit much easier, doesn't it?Back after a very long break!0 -

Hi all,
Not been too bad this week but its TOTM which is reflected in my short temper and 1 lb gainNot that arsed because I know I can put on 4 lb during 'that' week but it comes off again so I'm still positive about it.
Off to my friends for dinner tonight, its the Italian family so no doubt there will be LOTS of fantastic food and the wine will flow. I am also in charge of providing the Sambuca so I think I will chalk up tonight as a day off
B: 2 wholemeal toast (no butter) HM seville marmalade
L: Ciabatta roll with mozarella, vine tomato and green pestoNo idea, probably a combination of antipasto, some sort of pasta dish and fantastic dessert!
Have a good weekend all0 -
Morning!

Keiss! well done!:T
floyd - hope you enjoy the Italian!
had a day off when I went to the seaside as I had fish and chips and ice-cream(mini fish and chips) but went straight back to it yesterday. Going shopping later as no salad or fresh veg left.
Have had boiled egg and toast for breakfast - not a clue about the rest of the day - let you know later
enjoy the sunshine xDo what you love :happyhear0
