Good Evening
A good start to the day bran flakes and skimmed milk, Christmas dinner at school turkey, stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, mash, sausage/bacon, sprouts, peas and carrots followed by Christmas pud and custard:o, thankfully not a huge plateful. I ignored the mince pies and chocolates.
A very light tea of poached fish (very small portion) carrots, broc, cauliflower.
Have avoided eating any snacks, so I reckon I havent done too badly.
Out for a meal tomorrow, Christmas menu again:eek: so will have a very light lunch, probably melba toast and cottage cheese. We are eating early evening and I am driving so won't be tempted by the wine.
Have a good evening.

Good afternoon all.
What a blustery day - hope you are all safe and sound.
Well, been a so-so week for me, good days and not so good days! Its gettting really slippery around our area and i have a terrible fear of falling so my walking has been cut down a lot.
Despite the plateau am feeling pretty good. I am at a decent weight and am getting happier with my body shape and size. I bought my first ever dress yesterday (OMG - only took 32 years lol) for my work xmas do next week so i am hoping to feel good in that...so really this is a post to say a huge THANK YOU to all you guys who have helped support in this journey of mine. It is by no means finished but i thought it was time to stop and say a word of thanks...you guys are great :T
Dragon, well done, very proud of you
Everyone else, hoping you are happy and healthy
Todays food:
B - coffee and muffin (twins first school play today, it was a treat)
S - satsuma
L - hummous and grilled veg sandwich
s - banana
D - pizza hut, will be salad-heavy (to celebrate a successful school play lol)
S - 100 cal frozen yogurt
Weigh day tommorrow, lets see what it brings. Expecting to stay the same really so some weight off might be a bonus :A0 -
Today has been so bad
I just can't seem to get it right at the moment!
On to tomorrow...Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Good Morning x
I will officially weigh in tomorrow now as I have been up half the night and so have been guzzling tea and eating medicinal chocolate :EasterBun (insert Lindt Chocolate teddy bear....you get the picture?)
I have there-a-bouts STS but will make it official tomorrow.
Hope you guys are doing ok and wishing you well for good weight loss xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is feeling well.
I have already weighed myself, I have stayed the same. So I am a little bit disappointed, but I guess it has to happen sometimes. So I will try a little bit harder this week. [A couple of years ago I would probably have given in at this point, so it shows how far I have come mentally].
My meal plans are -
B - porridge, made with SS milk and water, grated apple and dried mixed fruit.
L - wholemeal pitta, dry fried halloumi and cherry tomatoes
D- nut roast, brussel sprouts, peas, vegetarian gravy.
S's - LF yoghurt, fruit and nuts.
I am going swimming for exercise.
Have a good day, and good luck with the weigh-ins !0
