Morning All,
I've woken up full of resolution and completely recovered from my cold this morning. I got weighed this morning and I weigh 9st 1lb, which is 3lbs heavier than the lightest weight that I'd got down to (8st 12lbs). So, after much deliberation and remembering how well my bet with DH worked earlier this year, I have come up with the following plan as I'd like to start the New Year at my lightest if possible. I am going to get weighed on New Year's Day and for every lb over the 8st 12lbs I am, I am going to pay DH £10. (So on current weight I would owe him £30 already!). However, for every lb under 8st 12lb I have managed he will pay me £10. That way I have the incentive to lose those 3lbs but also try to lose a couple more as well and should keep me from overeating over the Christmas period.
I've started off well as I've already done a 20 minute exercise DVD - I've gone back to Level One on Jillian Michaels Shred - and jogged to the Post Office and back (about 5 minutes each way).
DH is away today and tomorrow so I can tailor meals for a good start and I am working all evening which will keep me out of the kitchen. I've also started a new knitting project to keep my hands busy whilst watching TV. I need to plan today's meals next and have some breakfast as I always like to do my DVD before I've eaten.
Back Later.

Well done Dragon, you are doing great! Are you starting to feel the benefit of it now?
Rosewood- sounds like a good challenge, hope you make some money out of it
I only managed half an hour swimming last night, the pool was too warm I wasn't really in the mood. I seem to be flagging with the swimming at the moment, it happens with all exercise. I need to make it interesting again...
Food ok today apart from the 200cal worth of chocolate I just ate... but should still be ok. Really hoping at least one of the pounds I regained will have gone by next WI.
Keep it up everyone.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
