Morning all. Hope everyone feels fighting fit today.
    My meal plans are -
    B - wholemeal pitta, marmite
    l - cheese omelette, salad
    D -veggie chilli, quinoa
S's - fruit, yoghurt nuts. I am making cakes today, so I am sure I will have one. At least I can stick at one now, in the old days I would have eaten 3 or 4.
I have already been swimming. I didn't count lengths, instead I am working on improving my strokes and intensity. My body is already feeling it, so I guess it went well.
    Good luck everyone!

    Afternoon All

I am still suffering from my cold. I woke up feeling the worst yet so have only just got up and am sitting here in my pyjamas. I have just been inhaling over a bowl of steaming hot water and feel a bit better than I did. DH has gone off to the chemist to get me some cough mixture.

B/L: Muesli with a dash of double cream as well as the normal skimmed milk.
T: Poached egg on toast probably as DH will be out so I don't need to cook. If I feel better I may change to lightly grilled sole served with creamed spinach, red onion and garlic - which would be better for me as I could do with some vegetable intake. Probably I shall also treat myself to some icecream with toffee sauce.

    Exercise: None at all.

Rosewood hope you get over your cold soon. My Mum had a great home remedy for that, sliced lemons, sugar in boiling water. Leave to stand for a few minutes [you can reuse the lemons a couple of times]. I'm not sure if it made the colds better but we loved the drink.

I am expecting to have at best STS or at worst to have gained. Too much picking as I have been lonely this week and no hubby to keep me on the straight and narrow.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
