Well done everyone..and thanks for the inspiration...
:rotfl::D:T that made me smile!:DDo what you love :happyhear0 -
I didn't have a great day yesterday but wasn't terrible either. I didn't snack in between my meals which is an achievement for me!! Did work the half an easter egg into my lunch though
B= 2 toast spread thinly with margarine, cup of tea with sweetener and milk
L= Mugshot, 1 bread with cheese and pickle, half easter egg
D= Meatball pasta bake
Usually I'd be munching on crisps, chocolate and big chunks of cheese throughout the day so quite happy with that. Will try and get a bit of exercise in somewhere today!
Have a good day all.0 -

Don't think I will have such a good result tomorrow...hoping (all fingers and toes crossed!) for a STS, but it's pretty doubtful!

Well done taplady, and good luck Keiss
Doing ok so far today, though just realised I'm very short on my 5 a day. I've had:
B: Cornflakes with milk and splenda, banana (200)
S: Mini milk (30)
L: Linda mcCartney sausage sandwich (500)
S: Crust of bread and butter (250)Quorn spicy bites and oven chips and salad (400)
About 1400 cals today, not bad. Though the day is far from over lol. Am planning a day out with a nice picnic tomorrow and just know OH will want to incorporate a nice riverside pub somwhere along the line. Will try not to be too stupid!2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
Morning all.
Braved the wii scales today and was gratified to see I've lost 1lb since last time, even though it was about 3 weeks ago. Was sure I would have put on a few pounds. So at least I'm not facing that feeling of uphill struggle, just at a bit of a standstill and need a boost.
Got a bike off ebay for £20, but it has a flat, and I need to wait for payday to fit a child seat on it, but that should be in use soon. And the weather is meaning lots more outdoorsy stuff being done. Today we are going for a walk in the woods and a picnic, so starchy carby bread day which isn't too good. But lots of walking which will hopefully offset it!

Wow...I have stayed the same :j:j!
It's not great, but much better than I had thought it would be
So now I really have to work hard at eating better and exercising more...I have been saying this every week...but I REALLY mean it now!
Been washing lots of seed trays and plant pots today, so I can sow lots of seeds tomorrow...off to see a friend this afternoon...not seen her for over a week now, so we have a fair bit to catch up on. She and her family have accepted an offer on their house and have had an offer thety have made on a house they fancy...so now all the paper-work has to be completed! They have said I can re-degin their new garden...I did their present one while I was still studying for my HNC in Garden Design....can't wait!! In the mean time I really need to redo our own garden!!
Have a great weekend everyone....looks like the lovely weather is going to last for another few days...great!

I think I read that posting links isn't allowed, but on the Food Standards Agency's website, there is a section with recipes that are all 'green traffic light' status. Most of them look like something that is easy to make and something you would want to eat too lol. There is some general advice and myths debunked too - I was a bit surprised to know that we should eat something starchy at every meal time, and that we should drink two litres of liquid a day, which isn't just water. Might help some of you out, I need a bit of a guiding hand at the moment, so it's good to have some solid advice to refer to without being in a deprivation period!
I also signed up to the Beyond Chocolate website, and I got a free newsletter with some helpful advice on improving your relationship with food. Hope it helps someone xI have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
