Hi all,
Weighed myself this morning because I thought I was doing really badly as I haven't been home much over the past 2 weeks, surprised to find I am my lowest weight for 7 years! Its probably partly down to dehydration as I have been hitting the vodka recently as I have been visiting friends and family but hopefully some of it will stay off!

Well, still in a munching mode today...really have to stop it!!
At last got organised and listed everything in my freezers, firdge and cupboards...then did a rough meal-plan list for the next couple of weeks, followed by an on-line order with Mr T (via mysupermarket.com and ipoints..), how good am I! :A
Made a big pot of veg soup this afternoon using stock I made with chicken bones at the weekend...threw in lots of lentils as well as loads of root veg lurking in the fridge and veg baskets...will liquidize it tomorrow....not into "lumpy" soup myself! Also, darling DSs1 and 2 object if they can see what goes into it!!
Made pork fajitas for tea tonight.....not enough for my strapping boys...so then made some eggy bread....that filled them up!! It also used up the old heels of bread that I was going to make into breadcrumbs tomorrow....we have bags of the stuff in the freezer, so great not having to make more!
DH is in London tomorrow afternoon and evening, so just the lads and me tomorrow...so fish methinks...salmon with plenty of noodles for DS2, and possibly an egg too! He's been told he has to eat 1kg of carbs a day . These rugby players don't have take a lot to fill them up!! Mind you, my skinny DS1 home from Uni, will eat almost as much as his chunky sporty brother!!
I need to bake tomorrow...more buns, hob-nobs and perhaps some beetroot and chocolate cake...going to see if I can make it without a food-processor (mine died before Christmas)...then there are flap-jacks if I have enough marg left!I plan on making both boys take most otf the baking up to their rooms and hide it...so I don't eat it...wonder if it will work??! :rotfl:

Working from home again today, always dangerous with me as I'm too close to lots of food! At least when I'm in the office I'll only have a finite amount.
B:1 slice Buttered toast and half can of spaghetti
L: small portion left-over chilli and a soda farlHM chicken curry (low fat), rice and a few poppadoms
Snacks: Fruit, HM flapjack, 5xmini eggs, 3 gingernuts....
Not too bad, do have to reign in the snacking though. I just never seem to feel full but I don't like really big portions either! Will go for another training walk tomorrow, too horrible out today.:)0
