Morning all.
I've just got back from the doctors after getting my blood tests from a few weeks ago. I found out I'm not diabetic, unfortunately my cholesterol [both good and bad] levels were a little high and my BP was also a little high. So a great incentive for me to carry on eating sensibly and exercising, as both my parents had cardiovascular disease starting in their 50's [my age group now].
My meal plans for today are -
B - fruit, LF greek yoghurt, honey
L - homemade spicy root veg and lentil soup, granary bread
D -cheese omelette, salad
S's - fruit, nuts.
Best of luck for today.0 -
Good to see you back lovetopaint
hope your comp problems are behind you now
Brunch - grilled sausage, dry fried egg, mushrooms, tomato, slice of toast
Tea - crispbreads spread with yogurt, vegemite & peanut butter
Dinner - hm leek & potato soup
Snacks - fruit salad with lf greek yogurt
Exercise - kitchen, stairs, 20 mins pulm exercise
Enjoy the day0 -

Good Afternoon x
Sorry not to have been round much this week. Very busy catching up after my course. Anyway seem to be doing ok and will weigh in tomorrow as Friday I will be up and at them so will probably forget. A sneaky peak seems to show some progress as regards the weight loss so really hope it is still good news tomorrow. But who can say as that wicked old witch will be skirting around soon!!!I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

I am very pleased and know that it is because my general activity levels have been upped. I think it is real weight loss too as I have been keeping an eye on it for a few days:T:T:T
Hope you guys are doing well and lots of supportive weight loss vibes xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

Well done Molly, that's a great loss
Managed pilates last night, but it's very difficult to hold a dog stretch when you have a coughing fit, I fell headfirst onto the floor! At least it gave the rest of the class some amusement :rotfl:
Today:
Breakfast: fruit corner
Lunch: ham and rocket sandwich, apple, satsumas
Dinner: jacket potato with beans, bacon, onions and cheese
Exercise: step class/cardio gym workout if I feel up to it after work.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
