Morning All,
I've not posted for a couple of days as I seem to have been very busy. I worked extra for DS yesterday as he was short staffed so worked from 3 till 11. DDIL did an extra 3 hours too so I also had DGD for that time before I went off to work. I was very good and took HM celery soup in a flask and a slice of HM bread for tea but then succumbed to a bag of crisps and a fudge. I haven't weighed myself for the past few days as I don't think it would be very good news!
B: Muesli with extra sultanas
L: Poached egg on toast.
HM vegetable bake - I am not sure what will be going in it yet but was contemplating doing thin slices of butternut squash in layers like a mock lasagne. I have also got fresh spinach in the garden and taken out some HG tomatoes that I roasted with basil and garlic and pureed earlier this year. I may go shopping first and see if they have any reduced vegetables in the Co-Op that I can use.
Exercise: I went for a 25 minute run with my friend this morning. I also walked about a mile to her house and back. I will also have a quick trip to the shops and back plus I need to get down on my hands and knees and wash the kitchen and bathroom floors. My sister is coming to stay tomorrow and I want everywhere to look pristine as I think she is more houseproud than I am!!

ETA: Also had a little chocolate gateau with cream after my evening meal and then a white chocolate Magnum this evening when I went to the cinema to see The Help (which was great).Weight Loss Challenge 5/7/19 10st 6lbs

Hello everyone
.
I have not been able to post for ages due to computer issues. Have lost pounds fixing it, but not the right kind of pounds of course.
Ragz- I have not read back but believe it or not I am still on the christmas challenge! I am staying the same so struggling. I will weigh in on Friday, even if I only loose another pound by christmas then at least it is in the right direction!
I enjoyed watching the food hospital last night, especially regarding low moods and the best foods for combating them. Will look into it more and post back in case anyone interested.
. Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.0
