  • Thanks guys, I feel so much better knowing I am not the only person who fails to resist temptation in the form of home baking!

I went to my exercise class today and had a short walk in the park. I now have a new pedometer so can count steps again. I find it really helpful to know how active I am being.

    B: muesli and apple
L: egg sandwich, small choc ice
    S: banana, small choc ice
D: pasta with bacon, peaches and 6 amaretti biscuits

    Good Morning :santa2:

Im another who will join you on the naughty step as I too overindulged this weekend. In my case it was WI cooking:drool::drool::drool:

So im back on track now and have lost what I gained :o:whistle:_pale_

I think I am on track for a small loss or STS so will leave my update until next week again as hopefully that will show a more substantial loss.

    Hugs x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Morning all :)
No exercise for me again yesterday as my back was so twingy in the day. Step probably wouldn't have been good for me!
Pilates tonight, that normally sorts me out, so hope to get back to proper exercise tomorrow.
Need to go and collect my new sports bra from the PO delivery office too, as the ebay seller sent it recorded delivery?! no idea why as it only cost £12!

    Today's meals:
Breakfast: greek yoghurt fruit corner, glass of milk
Lunch: WF chicken sandwich on WM granary bread, apple, satsumas
Dinner: sausages (2), oven chips and beans

    Exercise: Pilates (1hour)

    Afternoon All,

Just dropped DGD off at her Nanny's - her turn to look after her tonight! DS and DDIL due back tomorrow but I have DGD overnight again as they have a late night at work. I already miss DGD and didn't want to hand her over!! We took her out to lunch today which was nice.

    B: Milky coffee
L: Double egg and chips. Coke. HM Low carb chocolate mousse.
T: HM bread with HM celery soup. The bread has just come out of the breadmaker and the smell is divine! Definitely not a low carb day today. If still hungry raspberries with Greek yoghurt.

Exercise: Very little with having DGD. I walked her to her house to feed the cats this morning and we then walked up to the cafe. I shall walk round and feed the cats again tonight so maybe it will stretch to 2 miles in total.

Slowlyfading I need my little treats. I am really good during the day ie healthy breakfast and lunch then my tea, watching portion sizes. I then have a treat size twirl, full size curly wurly or something similar. It works for me, I would fall at the first hurdle if I had to give up treats completely.
