    Late good morning all :)

Having read everyones ways of eating less I've decided that this weekend I'm going to try using a teaplate and baby fork -I still have my 'babies' cutlery even though the youngest is now almost 30. And eat more slowly...no need to shovel, I've got all day ;)

B - F&F, ss milk. Not on a tea plate, of course!
L - pasta with tomato sauce, lf yogurt
D - mackerel, leeks, green beans teasp tartare sauce
Snacks - satsuma, plums, pear, melon
Exercise - stripped & remade the bed, cleaned the bedroom

    Happy Saturday :)

Oh sparrer - I have a little plate that i use for all my meals, to help with portion control. When i eat soup i use a tea spoon to make me slow down my eating and think about how full i am

  • Afternoon Everyone

Just a quick post as I've got a busy day. Mum has just gone out for a walk so I've got a few free moments. I would have gone with her but DGD is here and having her afternoon nap. Mum took us all out for coffee and cakes this morning - couldn't be lunch as DS and DDIL were at work at 12 - but I was very good and just had a Coke, no cakes.

    B: Milky coffee
    S: Coke
L: Boiled egg and soldiers with DGD, 1/4 slice of toast with blackcurrant jam, 1/2 banana and small bunch of grapes. Can you tell I was sharing lunch with DGD!
D: I'm planning HM pancakes stuffed with garlic, HG spinach and mushrooms and topped with cheese, probably served with peas. Maybe Greek yoghurt with raspberries if I am still hungry.

Work from 7-10.30 even though Mum is here. DH is going to keep her company.

I think I have to get a a little plate too bramble, preferably with a lip. I usually use a pasta bowl so it wasn't too easy chasing rotini round a teaplate with a baby fork :rotfl:. It took me 35 mins to eat by chewing and tasting (and chasing), and I felt surprisingly full afterwards. The soup with a teaspoon sounds sensible, rather than putting it into a mug so I just pour in down my throat. Thank you for that :)

Well done slowlyfading glad the weight is moving for you.
Have had a really busy day, lots of ferrying the boys round to football games. Have done loads of washing and sanding down walls, hopefully that will pass as a mini workout.

Haven't really eaten much come to think about it.

A few pringles and some popcorn, melba toast and cottage cheese. Feeling peckish now so will have a saturday treat, probably chocolate. What an unhealthy day.
