GreenSaints, reduced fat creme fraiche is available, yogurt is a good subsitute but also splits like fromage frais.

Had a good day so far, stayed the same on the scales, huge sigh of relief. This evening have a school govenors meeting so that will reduce bored nibbling opportunites and already been out on the fell with Harry (have to go a lunch time, as its dark by five)

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

I use half fat creme fraiche at the moment, but it's still 175 calories per 100ml! I will try the yogurt and fromage frais tips next week and report back :)

I use Sainsbury's be good to yourself Greek style yoghurt. It has 79 kcals/100g. I haven't tried cooking with it though but I'm sure it would be fine if it was just stirred in at the end.

    Evening All

DH and I went out for a late lunch today. We went to our local carvery armed with vouchers for free icecream afterwards. We also found out that there was a steak and ale pie on for the same price so ended up having that! Consequently, I've just had a small tea and not very healthy one at that as I had a portion of home made apple crumble and custard!

    B: Milky coffee.
L: Steak and ale pie, Brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, green beans and diced swede. Ice cream and toffee sauce.
T: HM apple crumble and custard.

Exercise: 7 mile walk this morning.

GreenSaints, just popping in to say that I use virtually ff Greek yogurt, swirled on/in just before serving. Look quite luxurious, too :)

    Morning all :)

Yesterday I bit the bullet and ordered another sports bra and running tights. Got sick of making the whiffy/damp decision when exercising on consecutive days. Got them on eBay though :D The bra is brand new, same style that I normally get from Bravissimo for £30, and it worked out at £6 as I had £6.50 sitting in my paypal account. running tights are same style that I already have (£25 new), worn once, for £6! :money:

    Breakfast: fruit corner
Lunch: square wrap with homous and chicken, apple, satsumas
Dinner: LO gammon, chips and beans (DH will have an egg with his, but I'm allergic :( ), angel delight

    Exercise: step class (45 minutes)

GreenSaints - welcome to the thread.
Pollys - well done on the loss, I'll update the list tomorrow.
RoseWood - great post about your weight loss, sounds like you really cracked it and stuck at it (the £100 bet sounds good, hope you spent it on clothes ;))

Have finally discovered a breakfast that keeps me full for under 300 calories... Weetabix, skimmed milk and sugar. Would have raisins if I hadn't run out.

Swimming tonight, hoping the hormonal weight gain will have gone by then (yesterday I was 3lb heavier than before, this morning half that had gone).

I weighed myself this morning, I have lost 2 pounds. I am over the moon with that. I have celebrated by having a lovely swim, I was lucky enough to have my own lane today so I pushed myself.

L - halloumi light, grilled cherry tomatoes, granary toast.
D - lentil and veg curry.
    Snacks -fruit, LF yoghurt, nuts.
    Have a great day everyone.
