As expected, STS this week, well a slight (2lb) loss but only just under last weeks by a whisker so will call it evens. I lose heart at times but my lovely neighbour kindly said I've proved that someone with this disability can still do it, just a bit slower than others. Will keep plodding on and if I don't reach my 10st goal on time doesn't mean I'm giving up, I have a plan B! If I make 10st 2lb by 26/12 I'll have lost 2st in a year. Another year like this one and I'll be as slim as Rose Wood!
B - had to be out early so grabbed an apple to eat in the car
L - pasta, tomato sauce, lf yogurt
D - boiled egg, wm soldiers
Snacks - pear, grapes, melon, crispbread with lf yogurt spread thinly, and vegemite.
Enjoy your day0 -
Broken into the next lb barrier - hope to reach my first mini tagert of 1/2 stone by my weigh in on monday

No loss for me this week (again). Have managed to put on weight since I started this challenge. Just trying to find the best way that suits me. before I lost 5 stone through SW but can't afford to go and struggled with the plan as I am such a fussy eater. I think I will have to just try and eat healthily and hopefully not too much and with any luck I will lose at least some of the lbs in my target by chrsitmas. if I could just stop putting on weight it would be good.

Hello everyone. Congratulations to the 'losers'.
I was a bit naughty yesterday, I made some mincepies with my son and ate a couple [still, they were old style]. I'm not going to stress about it though, have already been swimming to work some calories off.
Today my mealplans are -
B - banana; LF greek yoghurt, honey and nuts
L - spicy lentil and veg. soup, [made with yesterday's leftovers] and a slice of granary bread
D - quinoa, ratatouille
S's - yoghurt, nuts and fruit.
Have a good weekend everyone.0 -

6 weeks to go until final WI.
Everyone is doing so well, very proud of you all. Even those of you who haven't got the results you were hoping for are still keeping at it and staying positive. Fantastic efforts all round
RoseWood Even if you never lose another lb you are not gaining, maybe your body just wants to be that weight now - I don't know how old you are, but naturally we ladies hold a little extra weight after a certain time of life, just the way it is.
Pollys Specialy smilie for you for completing your challenge, well done. You've lost a stone in just under 6 weeks (if I've been keeping count correctly) and I'm sure we are all now rather jealous
Sparrer you are doing great, keep it up and listen to your lovely neighbour
JBD - Mince pies... I have not allowed myself to make any yet. A few years ago I learned how to make mince pies, I made dozens with the aim of giving them away... turns out I can easily eat a dozen in a day... and that's partly why I'm here! Hoping to make some soon but stash them in the freezer so they aren't tempting me every time I go in the kitchen.
I have no loss to report today, still seem to be hanging onto the hormonal weight gain. Hoping for better result next week... (how many times have I said THAT since the challenge started?!). I know I could still lose half a stone by Christmas if I really upped my exercise...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Thank You Ragz, can't believe I have done it. I have lost weight in the past but didn't have quite so much to lose then. I do have to be very motivated as soon as my motivation dips I lose all willpower. I still have exactly 1st to lose so will keep going. Is it ok to still join in with the challenge?
Todays meals
Breakfast porridge made with skimmed milk, cup of tea.
Lunch Homemade veg soup, big bowl!
Tea Poached eggs (2) toast
