  • Morning all,

Been a rubbish 2 weeks at work with early starts and late finishes and therefore no real meal plans has been adhered to. Lots of rubbish, take aways and not one ounce of exercise except walking :( Am now feeling it and i seem t have developed a muffin top on jeans that had no muffin top a few weeks ago. Ragz, i'm feeling your pain

Ok so back up to 146lb which means 2 smileys off for me please Ragz. But will get back up there - maybe not completing the xmas challenge but reading the fab losses posted here will inspire me over the weekend for sure.

Congrats to all those with losses or STS and chin-ups to all those in the same boat as me :D

5 weeks to go until final WI.

Well done everyone, list is looking great. I have trimmed it a little, to keep it tidy and easier to manage as some people haven't posted in ages. If I have removed you and you want to be added back just let me know.

Anniethequeen well done on exceeding your target.

Financially_gaga commiserations, I removed two of my smilies too so you aren't the only one. We WILL get them back before Christmas :)

Well done on the weight losses.
Just been to Pizza Hut for DS's Birthday so not sure how that will affect my weigh-in on Monday. I did chose the lightest option and chose carefully from the salad bar, no dressings etc. I didn't have a pudding but did have a very small piece of cake when we got home. DS have 5 friends sleeping over (only female in the house tonight- 9 males) they are very noisy at the moment but hoping to settle them down soon as they have football in the morning - wish me luck please.
