Afternoon All,
I have had a very busy week with visitors and my Wedding Anniversary yesterday which involved lots of extra eating - meals out, home baking and yesterday a huge bowl of toffee fudge icecream topped with HM toffee sauce and fudge pieces!! I didn't bother to get weighed this morning as I didn't want to dishearten myself. I am back on healthy eating and in fact have been craving fruit, salad and vegetables. I did manage to get some exercise every day though so hopefully I haven't done too much damage.
B: Poached egg on toast
L: HM vegetable bake left over from earlier in the week.
S: HM ginger biscuit with my coffee (last one so no more to tempt me)
T: Prawn salad wrap. I can't believe I am still picking HG lettuce at the end of November. Raspberries and Greek yoghurt.
Exercise: One hour of aerobics this morning. About 1 1/2 miles walking round our local city this afternoon.
Well done to everyone who has a weight loss to report - and to those who haven't for not giving up.

Have a good weekend xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
