Little Moog, sorry to hear that
Hope you are feeling ok now
Well done to all of the "losers" this week, I can't join you as I don't *do* weighing myself, but I am hoping that my clothes start to feel a bit less shrunken soon
Mine for today
Breccie - 2 small pices of wholegrain toast, thin spread of marmalade
Went to a funeral late this morning, then to the local pub and managed to avoid the sandwiches and chips on offer, so just had a couple of crisps and a glass of wine to toast the deceased
Lunch - veg soup and a small square of Millionaires shortbread
Dinner will be quorn spanish style stew (the omnivores are having pork and chorizo, so mine is healthy) with a bit of mashed potato and veg
Maybe a few liquorice allsorts for a treat later
Tomorrow may go a bit teets up as I am taking my ponycarer out for lunch..will try not to inhale the dessert menu!0 -

Evening All,
Just got back from the friend's Bonfire Party - all the cooking I did seemed to go down well. I managed to resist sampling most of it.
B: Milky coffee
L: Bowl of HM celeriac soup. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
Party: 1/2 jacket potato with butter. 1/2 sticky toffee pudding with cream. Small piece of flapjack.
Exercise: Various short walks adding up to just under 2 1/2 miles in total. I didn't have time to do my DVD today as I was making soup at 8.30am.

Hi Ragz,
No, unfortunately you haven't missed any weight loss. I think when I said I was aiming for 6lb I was setting a target of 8st 6lb rather than the 8st 7lb my signature says. It's a bit academic really at present as I haven't gone down at all since I said I would aim for a 6lb loss. I have gone up and down over this week but am back on track and back to 8st 12lbs at present. I need to make a real effort and try to have a smiley face for next week!
I've just done 25 minutes of my DVD and am now debating whether to have a biggish breakfast which would count as brunch as we are going shopping later and it could be over lunchtime.
Will update with today's food later.

Good morning all
A bit of a landmark day today, hope you don't mind me boasting a bit, but have just tried on 3 pairs of size 16 trousers and they're so baggy I look like a clown in them so into the charity bag they go!
B - F&F, ss milk
L - My version of fish'n'chips - grilled mackerel and hm wedges ( taters par-boiled, then roasted in oven with 1/2 an oxo cube sprinkled over them. Delicious)
T - Crispbreads with vegemite/peanut butter
Snacks - grapefruit, apple, satsumas, plums if they're ripe yet. Dying to eat those plums, they look so good but you could almost play croquet with them!
Enjoy the rest of the day, don't forget to keep the pets in this evening

Morning All
Sparrer - well done on losing those inches.
Well done on the weight losses (my weigh-in on Monday) We went to a wedding yesterday and did really well at the buffet ie I made some sensible choices, but did have TWO pieces of delicious wedding cake, will have to be extra good today. Just had poached egg on toast for brunch, not sure what we are having later as have been invited to a bonfire party - will have to make sensible choices again!
Have a great weekend.

Good afternoon everyone .
Well done to those who have lost weight. Well done Sparrer on losing inches, I know what a great feeling it is when you go down a size.
I seem to have stalled a bit over the last week or so. It is either hormonal,
which is hard for me to tell as I am at that awkward peri-menopausal stage, or I have been letting the little treats mount up too much. So I will be paying closer attention to what I eat over the next few days and see if I can improve my diet. I have looked up quinoa and will try that next week. I will substitute it for rice and have it with veggie chilli. Quinoa is higher in protein and I am always looking for ways of upping my protein.
Anyway, my meal plans for today are -
B -wholemeal pitta with marmite
L - wholemeal pitta with LF houmous, tomatoes and cucumber
D- nut roast, ratatouille
Snacks - fruit, nuts ,yoghurt.
I'm having a day off from exercise, apart from pottering about.
Have a good weekend everyone.0
